Went in to change the batteries in a couple of my Swiss Army watches. Quick and friendly staff! Owner is very knowledgeable and she has a lovely mini Golden Doodle that greets customers. I had a Seiko watch with a watch band that could no longer be repaired or replaced. On the Seiko watch band a company emblem with 3 diamonds needed to be removed and placed on a new watch and its band. Due to the emblem being riveted to the original band it required drilling out the rivet. The new watch band was titanium and could not be drilled. After creating a mounting that would fit between the links on the new watch band the results were outstanding.I asked several other jewelers if they could complete this work and none thought this could be done.Very satisfied with the workmanship and willingness to take on an unusual repair request.

A long story short, when my wife and I made the decision to get married, we decided to save some money and not go the engagement ring avenue. With that, I made a promise that for our 10 year anniversary I will buy her a beautiful ring. A few years into our marriage, her mother passed away and left my wife some very old diamonds. She didn’t wear them much because she didn’t care for the settings, so I took them and met with Karen to discuss options. Karen was a gem to work with, she met with my children and I, and began the process of designing a custom setting. She treated us like family, with no pressure, just a clear view of ideas. Once we had narrowed our ideas down to 2, I brought my wife in for the surprise to make sure that using her mother’s diamonds was okay and to give her a glimpse of what is to come.
