Wow! What am incredible office staff. Everybody was so helpful and nice. Starting with the receptionist. I was needing a dentist for my son, for he had gotten new insurance plan. The receptionist was easy to ask questions to and not only had answers , but was extremely nice on answering them, and helping me navigate through this new insurance and the questions I had. Got an appointment right away for my son. Once I got to the office everybody wasnt only pleasant but cheerful and Nice. They helped me fill out papers for new patients, which again doing it in a cheerful friendly manor. The Dentist was gentle and kind and informative. I would recommend this office to anybody and everybody. What a Nice Change of Customer Service in which they are providing, which unfortunately many many offices out there seem to have trouble keeping up these standard of Customer Service. Keep up the Amazing Work. If I could give more then 5 stars I really would.

Where do I start...So i had a dental emergency (massive abscess, broken teeth, infection etc. I called this morning to see if I could get in. They said they’d take me even after the office is closed. They gave me payment plans and options to chose from regarding that. I ended up needing 3 teeth pulled. They did the work immediately. I was very relaxed and they took great care of me. They had me laughing and distracted from the procedure. All said and done, I was there for 3 hours, had x-rays done, 3 teeth surgically extracted, and stitched up. Couldn’t be more pleased with the staff and my experience. Highly recommend this place, ESPECIALLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE INSURANCE! And if you do, i still recommend. Best dental experience i’ve ever had. Thanks so much guys!

I really hate going to the dentist, though I go every 6 months, and I really hate having to change dentists. Pacer Dental was outstanding from the moment I called to make my appointment to walking out the door after my cleaning. Everyone was caring, personal, and gentle and did a great job explaining everything. I still dont like going to any dentist, but because we all need to go, Pacer is a great place to go!!

Great dentist office. We have had several dentists over the last few decades and are very glad we found Dr. Rathi. The practice is very clean, modern and very well organized. Dr. Rathi is great: she is very efficient, thorough, fast and all procedures are done with the least amount of discomfort of the patient.

Usually My kid was very uncomfortable with dentist, but Dr. Rathi did unbelievable work in convincing my kid to do the procedures and always explains whats going on with my kid and whats her recommendations are. Highly recommend Pacer Dental specially if you have a kid who are nervous about seeing the doctor .

Got fillings from here and now my teeth are all messed up. They went too fast and didn’t even try. The one dentist kept complaining that she was too tired and kept rolling her eyes and said she wanted to leave. Unprofessional if you ask me... anyway, now my teeth hurt and are super sensitive. I have been terrified to visit the dentist after so many years avoiding it. Had a tooth bothering me and they got me in the very next day. Dr. Rathi and her staff are angels. I never felt a thing, watched my usual tv shows and shared some laughs with her and her staff. It had been a very long time since my last Dentist visit at the time I visited Pacer as a new patient. I felt anxious about pain, as well as not knowing whether Id been developing cavities since my last appt at a different practice...But Pacer was very welcoming, friendly, and professional. They were more or less fast, and they communicated waits to me beforehand, so I didnt feel forgotten. They also have... two TVs in each exam room!! One on the wall in front of the chair and one... on the ceiling! For when they lower the chair. They offered me the remote at some point but Id already gotten invested in the documentary that was on when I arrived lol.Overall, the experience was painless, and the office itself looked remarkably clean & modern as a first impression. I would absolutely recommend this place.

Every single time I have been there, the Doc and every single person that has an opportunity to work there (including the awesome receptionist!) are so wonderful! They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable, relaxed and not in any pain whatsoever. I have had root canals, fillings, and extractions at Pacer Dental. I must say they are the best practice I have ever been to and Ive lived in 3 states. They let you know the cost and what your insurance will and will not cover so you have a choice. I must say, they have done an excellent job and I know I will continue to go here. I bring my 5 year old daughter here too. They put on a show or a movie for her and Pacer Dental has a 6th sense on how much a child can take. Conveniently, they will accommodate certain times as well, if the pain is terrible or whatnot they seek to HELP you and will stay past the time they are due to go home. 2 Thumbs WAY WAY up for Pacer Dental. This dental office advertise that they accept a listed insurance and once you call for an appointment they say they only do child dentistry. They are lying and the proof is by reading their reviews which they care for not only children but adults also. I called my insurance and they said they do accept my insurance and that Pacer called them to be put on their list of dentists so they can be referred! My insurance will be investigating them as to why! Twice this happened with two different insurances. I think that if they cant make money off of you personally, they dont want you! Im feeling very disappointed and rejected and left with a painful toothache.

I had a very nice experience at Pacer Dental. I had been going to a previous dentist since a child, but since his passing, I had to find a new dentist. From the moment I walked in the door, they were polite and professional. They were also very nice, and the environment felt comfortable. I was happy with the service that I experienced, and the dentist seemed very knowledgeable.

Ive had two routine cleaning appointments for my five-year-old. The dentist was very friendly and relaxed. The cleaning went very smoothly each time. The second visit we ended up waiting about 20 minutes beyond our appointed time.

Best experience I have ever had at a dentist. The whole staff is so friendly and actually cares about you. This was the first dentist that has worked on my teeth without me feeling pain. They also have top of the line equipment including 3d xray machine. I had a root canal done and there is no pain anymore. Great experience and I have never said that about a dentist. Will NEVER change dentists. Highly recommended. I really cant say enough good things about this place!

It is a very nice and clean office. The work I had done was quick and efficient. They made me feel comfortable with the choice Ive made coming to this practice to get work done on my teeth.

Our previous dentist did not take our insurance which led us to Pacer Dental. My children have had regular x-rays and cleanings prior to this. During the dental exam I was told my daughter had 7 cavities and my son had 2 cavities. It was suggested by the dentist that she could go ahead and fill them that day. I declined. I questioned how can a child develop 7 cavities that need fillings in a 6 month period??? She stated that if we dont fill them it will lead to bigger problems and eventually braces. I felt uneasy about it and left without making an appointment even though they were adamant that I schedule. I sought out a second opinion and had their x-rays sent to another office. One that has been in the area over 20yrs. Well guess what? My kids have ZERO cavities!!! Not only that, I was informed that Pacer took duplicate x-rays on each child. This is a clear example of fraud. Padding the bill to insurance and recommending procedures that are not needed. And btw, they did not even floss my kids teeth during the cleaning.

The staff is very professional. Dr. Nosrati explained the implant procedure before surgery and took the time after the surgery to answer all of my follow up questions. Very pleased!

Couldnt be better, my dentist and dental assistant were not only very nice but both very sensitive with my mouth. Each of them are very friendly and funny. The best part however is how up to date they are on current tech the dental rooms each came with tv and they let you watch/play whatever you want 5 stars totally recommend this to anybody in need of another dentist!!!

I had some work done after not seeing the dentist for a while. I was worried and afraid of what will happen and what needed to be done. Everyone here was so nice, they made me feel comfortable and fixed my teeth will little pain to me. My daughter had her first check up here and she felt so comfortable and they put Doc McStuffins on for her while she got her teeth polished. My son will definitely be going here for his first check up. The quality and services at this dentist office can not be matched.

You will never find a better dentist for your children. I love our dentist, she is wonderful with my kids ages 6 and 8. We been with her for two years and she takes her time making sure the kids are comfortable. I have had my bad luck with dentist to where my daughter was afraid to go. Now she looks forward to it. I hate the dentist and havent been in years. Visiting PACER was quick, affordable, and they were very clear with me. I left understanding what just happened and what the next steps are. They were easy to get in touch with to move an appointment and stayed open til 8 while I was there.I hate the dentist, but this was a not terrible visit.

Pacer Dental does a very good job on cleaning teeth, fixing braces etc. The staff are very gentle and do an excellent job. I would definitely recommend this to anybody that wants a quality dentist.

The staff and Dr Rathi are amazing. My daughter is special needs and was extremely difficult. On one appointment Dr Rathi was able to talk her into having her tooth pulled without being sedation, in 10 years we have never had this with her. Then this weekend she needed three fillings. The staff was EXTREMELY patient with her as she worked through some issues, got up from the chair, came back, and was able to complete her procedure, never once got mad or angry with her or with me for that matter. This office is wonderful. I am glad to have found them. You should give them a try you will be pleasantly surprised!

I was looking for a cosmetic dentist to fix my smile finally i chose pacer dental for invisalign and veneers treatment.Dr.Rathi and her team was excellent,i referred my friend and she loved it too,if any one is looking for dentist you can try pacer dental.

My bf was born with no enamel on his teeth, and developed a slew of dental problems thru the years. He took the best care of his teeth, but never wanted to go to the dentist as an adult due to fear. When a real bad tooth ache sidelined him, I told him it was time. He was not only scared, but embarrassed. Not only does Pacer Dental do awesome work on their patients dental problems, they are empathetic, kind, non judgemental & supportive. You can tell that they really care about their patients. Tooth pain is the absolute worst & they dont want any of their patients to have to suffer. When my bf couldnt see them until Monday, it was a Saturday... we knew he had an infection & they gladly called in a RX to jewel pharmacy to help get it under control & help alleviate the pain until seen on Monday. Monday came, and my bf was still very apprehensive, but the minute he came in they reassured him that it was going up be ok. We have been coming here for a few years now, and even when he missed an appt and didnt go back for over a year, they still remembered him when his dad went in to get some work done. (Recogonized the last name.. not a common one! ) They asked his dad how Mike was and hoped they would see him soon. That they still welcomed him back with open arms even after he stopped seeing them for that year. They really cared about mikes quality of care & really wanted to help him! I overheard they dont take Medicaid, but they do payment arrangements. They really do want to help ppl out with whatever dental problems you have! They are the best! Afraid of the dentist? Embarrassed? Scared? They are the dentists to see. Trust me! Good luck and hope this review help others in pain or afraid! Highly recommend Pacer Dental! My insurance co. referred me here; I was in considerable pain. I called, gave them all my information and they gave me an emergency appointment. The insurance was OK... the male voice responded.Then after I arrived, a slender young woman in a white lab coat, the one who was handling the insurance walked into the lobby and told me (and the open waiting area) my insurance isnt accepted here. I reasoned with her and explained there must have been a mistake; I was in allot of pain and I asked if they could please call again. Initially, she refused!Finally they agreed and after a few moments, she announced whats the point of talking to these people... I am going to terminate this call... and she did! No help. No comfort, they could have cared less.There are a few good reviews on about this office here... yet all I can say is just dont haggle about the money... because I when I needed them, that what they were all about.It stinks.

My son has Autism and just because of that our regular dentist would not see him saying he requires being put under to receive dental treatment. Not many dentists do that but he is generally well behaved. He does not require to be put under just a dentist willing to take their time. He just requires a dentist who is kind and loving to kids and who is patient and encouraging him along. We have received nothing but the best service for cleanings, xrays and fillings. The first visit they just helped him get used to it with a basic exam and the second time was another cleaning and there was a cavity. We talked about it and she was willing to work with him based on how well he did in the past and that he tolerated the xray which is btw really state of the art because they didnt have to put those big plastic things in his mouth to accomplish it. It is a standing up for 8 seconds xray which made it doable for him. But, they didnt push too much on him in one visit and did not push more than he can handle. I was so impressed I gave her a hug because it can be stressful to bring a child with special needs to the dentist and we do not want to do serious measures like getting put under unless it is truly necessary. He is 10 years old and well behaved. Once I had a question about a filling and they were so patient to listen and clear that up for me. The composite fillings with the laser are so quick and that made it easier for my son as well. I tell everyone I know to go here if they can. This office was a miracle for us because without them I wasnt getting anywhere to find the right dentist for my son.

HelloSo Today I chipped my tooth at my garage and I was In bad pain so my mom called and booked an appointment and they told me I could go right away, my tooth was fixed within 15 minutes . EVERYONE there is extremely nice and caring Im never willing to change Doctors, I love them so much!

Horrible, horrible, horrible care. I called in excruciating pain because they are the only dental office near me that accepts my insurance for wisdom tooth extraction and they refused to even schedule me an appointment and told me to call an oral surgeon even though they confirmed they can extract the teeth and are in network with my insurance. But first they tried getting me to come in for 3D xray that is required before extraction. I explained I had a pano and recently worked for an oral surgeon and that 3d xrays are not required to extract teeth, that is when they refused to schedule my appointment.

The doctor were very nice ...i got cavitys filled and it barley hurt!!! Loved it!!!
