Sean has been working on computers since home computers were available to the public! Dont be surprised if he suggests a different idea to what you are suggesting in terms of repair. I myself am very knowledgeable as well but my request would have taken more time to effectuate and time = $. His idea worked just as well as what I wanted. When I picked it up in 1.5 days a WiFi driver wasnt working right when we tested it at the shop. He showed me that and I said I could fix that at home. His fee was more than reasonable and all I did was replace the generic driver with the brand specific driver the laptop needed.If you are rebuilding a PC check his shop for many parts used and new on sale at good prices. I recommend his work :)
