Really glad to have found this place! We have 2 older Toyota’s and it didn’t make sense to continue bringing it to a dealership anymore. Tuffy has made great, affordable repairs on it while standing behind their work. It’s nice to find a car place that you can trust and don’t feel like you’re being taken advantage of!

The service was excellent and John was able to get me in right away for the brake job on my truck. This will be my new service center for my vehicles.

Tuffys Batavia never fixed the otiginal problem I brought my car in for. I brought my car back 4 times and they still didnt fix the original problem. They do not stand by their work. The front desk guy is very rude and deceitful and sexist.. Take your car somewhere else.

I loved the service from the initial phone call to the fast service provided. I will return and tell my friends this is becoming my favorite place to get my car issues solved. WAY faster than the manufacturer. Great job!!! Keep up the good work. My 2017 Honda pilot brakes have never been so reactive!!

It’s difficult to find a car shop that can be trusted. I have used this location two times in the past month. John worked on my car and I highly recommend him and his team. I am very happy that I have found a new repair shop. I will no longer go anywhere else. I feel that this is a reputable and trustworthy establishment. Please give them a try and I know that you will not be disappointed.

I was up in the area for work when my fuel pump went out and had it towed here. Explained to them how important it was for me to get back on the road ASAP. John understood being a businessman himself and took care of me. I was back on the road the following day. Great people and great work and great prices! They will definitely take care of you!

Tuffy is really fast and has the lowest prices around. I would recommend them to anyone because the dont over sell. They just take care of whatever your issue is.

Ive been taking all my cars here for over 10 years and they are phenomenal. I had my AC go out and thought it would be a fortune to fix, but they found out it was just a small component and only cost under $30 to fix it. They are extremely trustworthy and they do great work. I still go out of my way to go here for oil changes after moving 20 minutes south of Batavia.

Best place Ive found for auto work. Their prices are very fair n reasonable. The owner is there every day. Which I like. Very friendly. Since my warranty expired on my car, this is the only place I go for maintenance.

When you are fortunate to find All (not some) of these traits in one particular business whos owner & every person who works there each possess these qualities, not only Do You Stay With Them, you scream it from the mountain tops & share with as many people as you can Thats Why.

Have had nothing but good experiences here for several years. I appreciate that John will tell you when you dont need work done. The last time was when I took my car to the dealer for a safety recall. They called me back and said I needed brake service on both axles (unrelated to the recall). Took the car to Tuffy and John said the rear brakes still had at least 50% pad remaining and were fine--saved $250.

I sent my nephew to Tuffy to service his 2017 Lincoln suv. They handled the problem quickly and we couldnt be happier. Thank you John and team.

Ive been using Tuffys in Batavia for several years and found them to do a great job, charge a very fair price, work with me and care more about me and my expenses than their bottom line. DO NOT GO! FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!I had my truck in there three times for an oil pressure issue. The first time they told me it was an oil pump, $1100 later and the problem still existed. The second time they told me it was a rear main seal and valley pan gasket, $785 for a rear main and $100 for the valley pan gasket a friend who is a mechanic put on and the problem still existed. The third time they told me it was a small screen that needed to be cleaned out. Really, $1800 and all that needed to be done is flush a screen. I am no longer allowed to do business with them because apparently when you ask, if that was the problem why didnt you flush it from the beginning instead of all of the other for $1800. There answer was you are insinuating that we dont what we are doing and do shady business, we are done doing business. REALLY! Over react much. Horrible place, horrible people, horrible experience.

Came inside with my fiancé to get our car fixed on a part that has warranty on it, right off the bat got told to come back another day or schedule an appointment when we drove from another town to here for it to be fixed the same day. Horrible customer service by a man named John in the front desk, he was quite rude and stays on his phone. I am not pleased with this location nor have we ever been attended so poorly. Wont ever recommend someone to come here.
