My family has been using abe and doc ever since I was little. Thats the only place my dad takes his cars to get fixed. I had an exhaust issue earlier in the year.. got a quote from abe and doc and thought it was too high. Well they ended up being the best price and they fixed my car within 2 days. What you see is what you get with a abe and doc meaning they are good ,honest hard working people that always get the job done!

I recently bought a set of tires from Abe & Docs. I originally stopped in 4 months earlier, but rather than sell me on the spot, I was told that there was enough tread to get my tires through the summer. I appreciated the honesty and, because of that, got my new tires from them before winter hit. His pricing was right in line with the large tire shops on Randall Rd, yet I’ve gone that route before. The last time I used a big tire chain, I had a problem. I went back and found the person who sold me the tires was no longer there. I always prefer dealing with the same person, so they get to know me. This time when I needed tires, I went to a local shop that I’ve used before. I’m happy I did. I walked into Abe & Docs, and the owner recognized me right away. I told him what I needed, and he gave me suggestions to which tires would be quieter on my car and how many miles I would expect to get out of them based on my driving pattern. If he was that interested while just selling me tires, I feel just as comfortable in going back for any future auto service.

Great guys, went to get an alignment today. I gave Mark my custom specs and he allowed me to sit in the vehicle and he got everything either dead on or very close. The price was very reasonable and I will be going back there again if I need an alignment. Definitely will be recommending this place to others. Thanks!

Abe and Docs have been servicing my car since I moved here 8 years ago. They do excellent work, and when they do make a mistake, they dont complain - they just make it right. I was a master mechanic before I became an engineer, and I can attest to their competence. My Toyota Camry now has over 200,000 miles on it, and it is still running like a Swiss watch. Some of that is due to Toyotas excellent engineering, but a lot is due to the good service A&D provides me. It is -10F here today. My car starts on the first crank!

Very upset with the work I had done on my car this July. I took in my Impala to get new tires, new brakes, and to have them check on a sensor in my wheels. I get back to school and notice that my emergency brake no longer works and the low brake fluid light, TRAC control light, and E-Brake light come back onto my dash. When the shop was questioned about my e-brake later, they claim (but did not write in the paperwork) that my e-brake was rusted through. Took it to Midas and they told me that all the hardware on the passenger side for the e-brake was REMOVED. As for the dash lights, it appears that the fluid was never topped off and the cap was never replaced. Negligence at its finest. I should not have to pay to fix a problem that was not present in the first place!

My rating is based on a phone call. I called to ask if they could replace a power steering line on a Hyundai. The dealership wanted to charge me $300 for the part but I found it online OEM for $45. Hyundai said I can bring in the part no problem and they would just charge me labor. So I called Abe and Docs to see if they could compete on labor. The guy at Abe and Docs tells me on the phone he doesnt deal with people bringing in their own parts. When I asked, Why if its an OEM Hyundai part? he said, I have to make money on parts to make ends meet. So he openly admitted to me that he needs to charge mark-up on parts for customers. Wow. So this is not a service shop this is also a glorified retail parts store. Thats pretty pathetic that they couldnt match or beat the $105 an hour in labor charges. So be aware, if you are getting anything done with this guy he is trying to rip you off on parts just like the big stealerships.
