I’ve been calling trying to speak to a manager for 2 days now and still no one has called me back. I’ve spoken to 7 representatives and all of them have given me different information and answers regarding my account. Therefore , I wanted to speak to a supervisor/ manager who could probably clear some things up for me but haven’t heard anything back. Also when I asked each representative to speak to a manager or supervisor each one of their responses were” they are not going to tell you anything different than what I told you and they are not going to help anymore than I have”.Then proceeds to put me hold as if they are getting the manager and comes back continuing the conversation about the reason I called “I guess still trying to resolve a matter that they can’t resolve “ as if I didn’t just ask to speak to someone else. I have never in my life dealt with a company this incompetent, inconsiderate and unprofessional before.

Technicians have not shown up TWICE in a row as of today. I have requested a supervisor call back TWICE and have not gotten one. I will be looking to terminate my service ASAP and move to another company. Disconnects and slow speeds started 6 weeks ago. Im getting 1 meg down and paying for 200. Their service is so bad Im actually astounded. Complete indifference and incompetence on every level. One customer service rep actually hung up in my face! Suddenlink is the worst.

We cancelled our service last year because we were moving and they didnt service the area we were moving to. During the new year, we recieved a notice saying we still owed them equipment. That was news to us, because the day we cancelled the rep. said we didnt owe them ANY equipment. So I call Suddenlink and the rep said he would remove the charge and we just needed to drop off the equipment at our suddenlink office and that is what my husband tried to do. When he arrived at their office, it was closed due to Covid19 and the return box was sealed. We have been waiting for their office to open back up to drop off their equipment. We just recieved a collections notice! REALLY!?I call the office again, having to fight the automated system to get a real person on the phone. She explains the option for mailing it in and confirmed all offices will remain closed until further notice due to Covid19. This is horrible service! We were good customers for years and this is how we are treated. They could have easily sent a letter explaining all of our options since apparently we had more than one. My opinion: I believe they hope you trash the equipment so they can get extra fees out of you. They tell you, you dont owe any equipment, then later bills you for the equipment. They really need to work on their communication skills, since they are a communications company.

The tech that came out was 2&1/2 hours late then was very rude to both of us. Left after about 1hour said he hooked up box would take about 30minutes to download,that he had to get going at 5:30 left us with writing the wifi name and the password on box .Told him we didnt know all about that he told us to get 1of our kids to help he didnt know what to tell us& was gone. New service hookup for internet & doesnt work..

I’m having a lot of trouble with this company. I called the company several times. My phone has been out for a week working another week. My internet had been out as well. I call and no technician can come out until Wednesday. Meaning no internet from Friday until Wednesday. My business involves the internet and phone. They can’t reimburse me my salary due to this awful service. I need these service just in case of a health emergency for a child. They stated that it’s a problem in your area they are working on it 24 hours a day and we can’t give you a estimated time to get the problem resolve.

Can I give NEGATIVE stars? I went online to pay my bill yesterday as always and at the point of finishing a box popped up stating they were having technical difficulties to please try back later. A while later I went back and got the same message - today BOTH payments were posted and drafted from my account. I called customer service and they will give me a refund in 7-10 business days. Excuse me, no that is UNACCEPTABLE. Suddenlinks service, customer service, website are horrible. I will be leaving asap!

Suddenlink TV, Internet and Phone is WAY OVER PRICED. Ill start streaming Direct TV off the internet.They feel like you have no options, so they have the beggars cant be choosy attitude.Take YOUR MONEY elsewhere. Where they value the customer

Suddenlink has some good workers who are really good above and beyond but we have been having problems with our internet for months and not once has anyone offered us a reduction on our bill or anything. Having to pay full price on a service that only works a forth of the time is not right.

I have had constant problems with this company. No one will come out to fix it I have called customer service 4 times to come get someone to fix it. A lot of people have problems with this company. I’m paying for 1gig internet download and only get 50mb’s.

This is the worst cable company I have ever dealt with. Its always a problem with it and they wanna charge me $50 just to come out. I got services the end of February and have already been billed $600. And thats with the basic package. They charge for every additional channel including Disney and they dont offer VH1or BET. Their on demand dont let you watch anything unless you have all the channels which will cost you an arm and leg. I hate there arent any other providers because I would tell them where they can stick their Vito box. If you call for customer service you have to argue with the computer because it practically demand you pay your bill whether its due or not.

Their service isnt that great. Suddenlink is always promoting the idea that they have high speed internet and cable, and this isnt always the case. On several occasions myself and everyone I know who are with suddenlink experiences the same problems. I joined their service thinking that I would get internet all the time, which is required from my college and It only works half the time at best.

I am moving to directv on November 10, 2016. I set up service only 3 months ago, they took away the service that I paid to set up and gave me a different plan this month without any notification. I have spent 2 days trying to get them to make sense of the change. They refuse to restore my original service yet Imust continue to pay the same amount for this down grade. My new plan cost the same however I went from 200 chanels to 29.Do Not fall for their low price offer $83 a month for phone, internet and 200 channels. They will do a switcharo, and come up with liies to justify what they will do.Dont say you werent warned.

My internet goes out at least 3 times a month. This time its been out for two weeks, they sent someone to fix it, it worked for 8 hours then out again. Also, I pay for 60mbps and barely pull in about 20-25.Worst service imaginable.
