They were helpful finding the torque ranch tool and fitted lug item to go along with the correct lugs tools I already got in a bundle kits from Walmart. Got my new DC strut bar installed and use the torque ranch to tighten it up to the correct click tension and not over tighten it.

Great crew will go above and beyond to get you the things you need. Really only deal with Carlos and Jose on commercial account.

I Had 2006 Nissan Altima that I took there to get the battery replaced.. The battery was fairly priced, they installed it,no charge and the store manager installed for me. He did a great job cleaning my battery terminals and making sure the battery was in secured and properly installed.The issue I had was the purchase of the battery in general. When the associate (Denstiny) was writing my order up, I noticed that they put some terminal washer on the counter.I asked if they came with the purchase of the battery, she said yes. Once Carlos came to help complete my order I was being charged for the washers. I asked him if he was charging me and he said yes. I responded by stating that she (Destiny) said they were free and she immediately switched up her story in front of the manager (Carlos) and responded by saying No I didnt He never asked if I wanted them, they were essentially forcing me to buy them. Carlos went to comment that they were only 2 bucks. That didnt sit well with me because I was never asked if I wanted them and the associate lied about what she said. That comment by Carlos made me feel as if my money wasnt appreciated or valued. In the future I may still buy parts here, but Im definitely shopping around first.

After many times of bad customer service ,I finally decided to write a bad review of this store.the manager have a bad attitude towards customers, he dont want to deal with any issues of customers.Do not waste your precious time at the autozone in Bartow. Any other parts store is better than Bartow Autozone.

I am 7 and a half months pregnant and I came into the Bartow auto zone needing new windshield wipers and yes it was pouring rain down !!! I got a great price and then to my surprise Carlos , was rite behind me to put on my new wipers when I didn’t even ask . I didn’t want him in the pouring rain but he insisted and put on my new wipers for me with ease as I buckled my ther child (toddler ) in her car seat ! I was very impressed and greatful for his work ethic and help !

I prefer AutoZone over other places..So after I put this review online I decided to go back to AutoZone to get a battery because I was having battery problems. The employee tested the battery and said it had zero charge and put the battery on the charger and when I came back to pick it up he tested the battery again and said the battery was bad and in his words a huge paperweight.. he advised me on battery replacements and I left thinking that I appreciated all hed done and would probably come back to buy the battery from there after I shopped around but AutoZone is usually the only place that I buy stuff from. I took the battery back home put the battery in the car just to sit it somewhere until I replaced it, hooked it up and the car cranked right up. To say that I was displeased is an understatement. I called back and spoke with another gentleman who said he doesnt know why that happened and asked him was it the tester and he said no maybe I need to replace the alternator. I love AutoZone.. it was disheartening to hear his indifference.. Im just not sure if I ever want to go back here after this experience..

So I called this location before getting there, I asked them about a radiator filler funnel, the guy replied with what vehicle. I explained to him that it is universal. He then replies we have a bunch of funnels none for a radiator. What a joke

Theres an older woman who works there and she was very helpful. My car had its maintenance light on and I had her use the machine to try to read the code. She even gave me a print out. (something another employee didnt do when I asked him to check)

Ive always love going to ANY autozone and having very helpful and friendly staff... but BARTOW AUTOZONE needs some employees who can actually read and willing to help! Went in to exchange a part I bought there that was the wrong size, and told I couldnt have bought it there because they dont carry it any more after showing me the SAME part in a different package and i have my reciept. Inconsiderate, unmotivated bunch of staff. Had 2 other people walk out before me saying that the employees didnt know anything...
