OMG!!!!! My tax lady Glenda Henry location Bartow FL was the best ever. Was my first time ..their tax expert explained in English and Spanish for the just incase I was t understanding her...that is a discreet but professional way of putting her bilingual skills into action...there is a lot of Hispanic people who really dont understand and wont ask for fear of being called ignorant...I give her an A+ plus she was quick with a speed and different avenues that I could take with exemptions.(and not charging extra)..Im Happy..she got months best return possible....she even tried to recruit me for next tax season...😃

Bad service filed early several mistakes were made,they fixed the errors resubmitted it some mistakes weren’t caught now still no refund called irs said it was in the error department call back in 10 weeks still being charged full price $$800$$ waiting for a letter from the IRS and I requested to speak to a supervisor still to this day no one has called me no one would give me the number

Not only once Karen C. Messed up my taxes but 3 times. So I will not be getting my taxes until probably may.... Thanks alot next year I will do my own and that way I will not be paying someone $400 to mess up my paperwork. I will do that on my own.
