Called everyone of their service centers looking for a specific tire size. Only within about 30 miles. None had what i needed. None could tell me if the other or is someone else had it.no one offered to order it for me. No one offered any assistance other than what i asked for. My opinion. Yall need to remove , service , from the name. Or maybe just rename it . Automotive we dont care center.

The young man that put my tire on at the service department was very helpful and I appreciate how fast they had me in and out so quickly. I wish I knew his name. Bartow Walmart tire shop

The prices in 🚘 Center is within my budget. Purchased tires & other items. The worst thing I hate about the other parts of walmart: they wont answer the FREAKING PHONE!!! Ive let it ring 30 rings just to see what happens. Guess what-NO ONE ANSWERED!!

Waited almost 2 hours for a tire to be put on the rim, unacceptable. And I already had it off the car myself, all they had todo was put a tire on a rim. The lady at customer service made everything confusing for me and the mechanics, it got to the point where the mechanic had to step in just to cash me out, you could see even he was tired of her nonsense, and the line is long at all times cause of her. She was the reason my tire was delayed also, she put it in the system wrong, and didnt notify the mechanics, delayed for a hour appointment she booked for me was at 12 they didnt touch the tire till 12:45. Heres the most confusing part i watch the guy from my car take 15min to take the tire off the rim and struggled with it, and then the part I had to restrain myself from saying something was it took him another 10min to put the tire on and another 15min to balance the tire then he waited to get another guy to help him cause he couldnt get the tire off the balancer, it looked like he had no effort in his work. I just wish there was somewhere cheaper to go thats the only credit I give walmart, but you get what you paid for and I learn my lesson

Pretty good service but they forgot to put my caps back on my tire stems.

Came in here the other day to get two new tires. They told me it was about an HR to hr and half wait. I was okay with that. But 4 hrs later and still didnt get my tires put back on. I asked to speak to a manager. Waited 30 mins and the manager still hasnt shown up yet. Now today I am here same Walmart getting my oiled changed was told that it was an HR wait. I said thats fine as long as it wasnt 4 hrs now here its been 2 hrs and still waiting. Never coming back to Walmart for auto again.

I really can only say good things. They discovered that my 2016 was leaking from the oil filter. Which in turn they did not provide service due to the leak. But instead of sending on my way they kindly added some oil for free and advised to go to dealer where i got my previous oil change and have it check. I agree this was a good call on there part and great service as well. Thank you . I will be returning after the issue is resolved. 2 👍👍 up

This place is great if youre looking to make a vacation out of going to Walmart. Oil change took 3 hours, then they started on the tire balance and rotation, which they didnt start on until 30 minutes later. I canceled the tire and wheel maintenance, in hopes that I could leave, but I was wrong. It took an additional 15 minutes just to get the car back.Under no circumstance should you bring your car here.

Was informed by an employee that an oil change would take 30 to 45 minutes. Almost 2 hours waiting for my vehicle that has just been sitting with the hood open. I asked the employee when my vehicle would be done and the response was well Im trying to finish it and do something else in the process. Next time I will pay more money and go else where. This place needs to get employees and train them better with customer service and doing their job in a time management manner. Absolutely ridiculous. It shouldnt take 2 hours to do an oil change. Seems like management does not care about how their auto service is being ran either.

They do the best they can with the limited staff they have. After the car was finished, we had to wait about 15 minutes so someone could cash us out. They didnt have anyone working the register and they had to hunt someone down.

Can’t think Jonathan in the auto center for helping us out 10 mins before close with our tire blow out! Awesome customer service experience.

Came in at 2:30 on a Wednesday with one car in the bay and 1 other car waiting. No reason I should be waiting 3 hours for an oil change. Never coming here again.

They broke 3 of my hubcap. tabs that hold them on were just winched off from being careless and the quality and workmanship of the tire guy was below par.

Service was absolutely terrible. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Had to wait 20-25 minutes before someone even asked me why I was there and I had to go inside just to make that happen. Waited 55 mins and my car hasnt even been pulled into the garage mean while at least two customers that came in AFTER ME HAD ALREADY HAD THEIR CARS DONE AND LEFT. Talked to the rep and she said the oil change would take 30-40 mins to do once they finally got it in . Absolutely TERRIBLE SERVICE. Hopefully corporate will see my review and have something done about this .

Wish I wouldve read the reviews before coming. Obviously they have a major time management problem.I was the first car to arrive this morning (a few mins after 8) & I have been waiting 2 hours for a battery install. I am in complete shock.I will be speaking to a manager before I leave.

Bad service & wont honor their word or value customers. I Went to the Walmart automotive tire & lube in Bartow FL several times months apart, so my first experience was not a fluke. The first time I arrived an hour before closing & they turned me away. I explained that i got off early & rushed from work in Tampa to make it an hour before closing for a oil change & 2 tires. I also explained I had 2 flat tires. It did not matter to the staff about the effort that I had to make just to get there an hour before closing. A couple months later I do the same thing I get off early against my bosses wishes because of all the work there is to be done. I called this time ahead and The gentlemen said as long as I make it before 6:30, which is 30 minutes before closing. On my drive from Tampa I call again when I was about 10 minutes away & I explained Ill go somewhere in Lakeland if they didnt have time & the gentlemen said yes I can still come as long as I make it before 630. I arrive at 6:08 they told me I was to late. I explained that I called & the gentlemen said I was good as long as I get there before 6:30. I also so then I had to egg off early & rush from time& all needed was a battery & a oil change. i explained my truck battery was bad & I was stuck & needed a jump this morning & I need to be able to go to work tomorrow in the morning. They did not care. It did not look like I would be welcome even if I came a different day or time and they didnt act like they ever want my business. There was no empathy or consideration for what the worker said or what I had to go through to make it there by the time I was told. The language & body language from both of the gentlemen was I like I did something wrong. They even said they know exactly who told me that. I prefer to do business at home in Bartow but wont pay to be treated like that. The closing time should be 6 if its 6 not. If they dont care if I get to work how do I know they wont care while Im trusting them when they are working on my vehicle which I depend on for transportation to work. I do not recommend service there for anyone that has an emergency, works a day shift or have a limited time that they can to bring a car for service.

Seriously the worst service ever. I was charged for a valve stem that wasnt even replaced causing a brand new tire to go flat. Horrible horrible service. Take your money to a legit tire business.

Would give it no stars if I could. It took them five hours to put two new tires on, FIVE! I also asked for new windshield wipers to be installed, didnt even do it.

Service sucks...waiting and waiting for an oil change...and then waiting and waiting for customer service to show up...waiting over an hour when the shop was empty...

I got 4 tires and an oil change and I kid you not I spent 6 hours walking around Walmart waiting.

They are slow as molasses. Took over 2 hours for an oil change that i was told would be about an hour - had groceries and no way to get them home while i waited over an extra hour. No offer to put my stuff in a cooler even after i asked

They didnt seem to have there act together.

Came in at 8am to put on all four tires and didn’t get them done till 4!!! No sense of urgency at all. Worst customer service ever!
