If I could give 10 stars I would!!!My complete rental experience with Enterprise in Bartow was top-notch. The vehicle was clean and the pickup/rental inspection was seamless. Connor was informative and very explanatory, ensuring I understood all the areas of the agreement as well as certain things on the car I wasn’t familiar with, little details like that really make a difference!There were a few unexpected personal issues that emerged during my rental period and while I was over 300 miles away, Connor and the staff were so accommodating!! I can’t say enough about the outstanding customer service and professionalism displayed at this location.I even ended up leaving my wallet in the vehicle during the non-contact drop off and the staff ensured it was removed and kept safe until I was able to get back to retrieve it!!It’s a great feeling to have a place to do business with such an awesome staff that is caring, trustworthy and efficient. I appreciate each of the staff members at this location.Keep up the great work, you guys are a great team!!

I love how it rides and very good on gas. A Toyota Raft 4 was a great choice in rental. We would rent that again

I love these guys. The company in general is absolutely fantastic. But, Ryan from Brandon/Tampa location is great. I had a few issues and they fixed them without any issues. I went from needing it for 3days to a week long. Matter of fact going back this weekend. Great company all..n..all. Even the Bartow Branch is awesome people too.

They treat me great. Im in and out in minutes. Price is reasonable. Will be back when I need to rent a car.👍

This employees at this location were very polite and helpful and always flexible when my return date kept moving further and further away while I waited for my house to close to that I could buy my new car.

They will accommodate your needs, spent my money on a high end rental though...Fast, friendly, masks gotta go tho...

We rented a sports car for our wedding from this location. I was highly impressed with the professionalism of the staff in this office. They are very warm and welcoming. When I met with the manager a few weeks ago I told her my dream car is an all black mustang convertible. Today, several weeks after I told her this, we get to the store and an all black mustang convertible was waiting on us. I’m not sure if she did this or if it was a luck of the draw but I left one very happy person today. I wish I could keep the car forever so giving it back will be hard. They really helped us with our wedding by providing us this car. I highly recommend this place. The car was cleaned perfectly. It did need gas however I was told I did not need to refill it upon return

Love this Branch! Ordered my rental online. It was waiting for me at the office to pick up. Unbelievable cheap price for one day rental. I always have a good experience at this branch. Great Staff!

Put a car on hold get to this location (because thats where I was told to go) and on all the windows it says Temporarily closed 🤬 So you couldnt tell me ahead of time? I call them they te me go to another location? Location? By the time I get there they will be closed.. This was an entire mess

Very fast experience. We pre-filled out most of our info when we did the reservation online. The entire process took about 15mins to check in and drive away. This was our 1st time renting with Enterprise. Will definitely do it again!

Definitely recommend going there, Chasity did an amazing job renting my company a passenger van. She went above and beyond to meet our need at an affordable price, we started a business relationship with Enterprise because of her.

Very good experience. Worked with us and our insurance company to make sure we were taken care of. Had a flat tire on a car and upgraded our rental to make sure we were happy.

My reservation was easy. Pickup went smoothly, no wait. Car was ready and waiting, freshly washed. Dropping it back off was a breeze, no waiting. Pleasant and courteous staff. Will be back for my next rental, no hesitation.

I enjoy renting now that there is new management, its easy, simple, and they are quick. Any issues I have had were addressed when I spoke up and the customer service was outstanding!! So glad they got new team members in there that actually care.

The service was good and the people were nice but the car smells like cigarettes smoke.. when we mentioned it the lady told us that the guy that details the cars smokes and that is why it stinks.. so they sprayed some stuff in the car and that helped for 30 minutes.. it stinks again.... we are re talking about exchanging it because its pretty bad.. definitely disappointed..

Super friendly and effective staff. I called for a drop off at Bartow Ford from Orlando, and they were here in 5 minutes to assist. We use them on a regular basis and are very happy with the staff and service.

I go there every month. The staff is great, but I will say they need to have more staff on site at all times. One person is not enough to handle pick ups, drop offs and phones.

The service was good. I dont like that I did not have the option to use my debt card or pay with cash. So with their new changes I had to produce two proof of residence although I have rented in the past.

The lady that took care of us was the most awesome person ,her personality ,her knowledge ,She was there the last time we rented from you all and was as nice then although she was not the one who helped us the firat time .She called the night befor to confirm just all around great experience with her and enterprise .Hope she is there next time we rent .

Rented a Sonic for over a week. Great gas mileage, plenty of room, smooth ride, extremely reasonably priced, and the push button start and double built in phone charger a bonus!

This is the worst experience for a rental car Ive ever had. The vehicle was filthy dirty. The man that handled my paperwork did NOT explain anything to me. He did not give me an option for this daily insurance that was added on, which I did NOT want or need, as my insurance would have covered any damages that may have happened while the vehicle was in my position. My insurance company confirmed this and confirmed the daily insurance was unnecessary, they stated they have asked the sales reps at Enterprise to stop promoting this, but they get a commission off of it, so therefor they try to slip it in. I should have paid more attention to my paperwork, but I didnt and it was a lesson learned. He seemed like a trustworthy man, but he certainly wasnt. I called and spoke to the manager, he said sorry maam you have to pay it. I will be calling corporate.

Rental experience was effortless, car was perfect, no problems, everyone at the Bartow office was very nice.

The Chevrolet I rented was fine in all aspects. My insurance company however, informed me that I was due a partial reimbursement check. I dont know if the over-charge was an Enterprise or insurance company mistake.I was definitely uneasy by the unprofessional manner in which I was driven back to my car at the repair shop. The heavy-footed Enterprise employee was driving 57 mph in a 45 mph zone the last time I looked at the dash. I kept wondering what was her rush.

Chastity is the best. Wouldnt consider renting from anyone else.

So I called today and one of the girls I dont Remember her name was very unprofessional and ghetto as can be. Talk about poor customer service!!!! I asked her a question to how Winter Haven is different than Bartow. And she got all ghetto on me and couldnt answer the question. Mam dont get loud with me dont be screaming at me in her ghetto and unprofesional voice. As if she was about to throw some hands or from the streets. I told her I no longer wanted to speak to her due to her unprofessionalism. And she said I couldnt be screaming at her or her manager like that. So she did not transfer me to her manager but to headquarters. Where the guy explained to me what she couldnt. 1. Nobody was screaming. 2. You dont know about customer service because you obviously dont know how to deal with and upset customer (me) 3. You couldve just been respectful and apologize for the misunderstanding you didnt have to get ghetto. I will never get a rental from this place due to this over the phone experience with this agent. Yes it was Bartow. And yes they are rude,unprofessional, and have poor customer service. They dont deserve a star.

Garbage

We waited outside the place for 45 minutes, waiting for them to open. Their hours aresupposed to be from 9-12 on Saturday. We gave up and left at 9:45. There were 4 other people waiting outside for service too. Very poor work ethic.

Worst experience I had in a long time my car rental was paid for by insurance company but the first car I received stunk and smelled so bad that I took the car back the next day instead of someone billing the insurance company they billed me for the first car and the bad part about it is they took money out of my account 3 months later when I was refunded my deposit almost 3 months ago
