Very friendly people.. however they either dont take notes or dont read the notes because one person will say one thing and the other says opposite.. Its kinda of like dealing with a bipolar person. What is said/done one day is completely different the next, and they act like its your fault, or that your lieing about what was said with the other person.My advice, dont get information over the phone, go down and talk in person.. take notes (date, time, etc) and names. They really are fantastic people...go out of thier way to help.. just unorganized. 😂.. I will still refer them over anyone else!!..

The meat is fresh daily, never frozen with a butcher on site if needed. The produce section is not large but all produce is fresh. Spanish is spoken here but the clerks and management speak English fluently. All employees are courteous and glad to help shoppers find items or to interpret at the butcher shop. Best ground beef around, no shrinking. Yumm!

They were very friendly and worked with us. Even though we didnt have all the money to get out our loved ones, they still posted the bond and allowed us to make payments to pay it off. I would definitely recommend 😊 (in the unfortunate event that one would be needing a bail bondsman)

What great people there very friendly I had a lot of questions and they are right there to answer all them. I hope I absolutely never have to post bond for anyone ever again. But if I do.........I will not be using ACC bonds. No way no how. Yes the employees are very nice........however, when I call to get my money back.......the ONLY person that can do so is out of town.Very very convenient. Especially considering I was told the week before that the case had been cleared, and I would be able to get my money this week as soon as they got the paperwork in. I guess In the digital age they still have to wait on snail mail.The funny thing is......that in the beginning with me knowing very little about how the system works I thought that the case was clear and I called to see if I could get my money back and the gentleman I spoke with said he really wasnt sure. That I should call back in a few days......but even if it was clear Id have to wait because once again the agent was on vacation.Soooooooooo lets get this straight. You have more than one person whom can take money. But ya only have one person whom can give it back. WOW. Well enjoy your time out of the country while Im here trying to figure out why the hell i dont have the $1,000 that I was told Id have just a week ago. So as I said in the beginning. I hope I never have to bond another person out of jail......but if I do, I WONT BE USING ACC BONDS.

Whoever answers the phone is very rude with no customer service or value. She answered 8 am with an attitude and cut me off and hung up in my face. I was nothing but kind to her. She told me to call someone else . I have never experienced this type a low level insensitive despicable behavior towards a potential paying customer. I should have expected this from bartow establishments where racism and discrimination is still key in how people are treated in these small country towns. If you people dont want to service everyone then you should just go out of business or pick another profession especially if you cant treat your potential clients with commom courtesy and respect.

Called hours in the morning and got right on the bond. Didnt have all the money upfront she let me set up a small payment plan to help me out. Couldnt find any other bails bonds to help me like ACC has. Thank you
