Great experience from start to finish. Mike and crew communicated throughout the process and removed over 40 large pine trees from our property in about half a day. They cleaned everything up and delivered exactly what they had promised. A few weeks later, when our landscaper was laying sod and found a couple of stumps that needed to be ground further down for leveling, they sent someone back out the same day I called to take care of the stumps. Updated:After waiting nearly 6 to 8 weeks, I employed another tree removing company to get the stump ground and remove the wood chips.GDR Tree removal services is absolutely unreliable.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I am very disappointed with their service.They started the job on time and day, but they never finished the job.Their excuse is that their tools are in repair. How can a professional company not keep their tools in tact? Do they have only one set of tools? How are they doing business?As of today it is now 19 days after they started the job and left the stump, with the excuse that their tool is in repair. Two days after they removed the major portion of the tree, they came and cut another piece from the stump and left it there; not even picked it, even though removing the complete tree is part of the deal. They asked me to keep small amount for the left-over work. This review is not about money. This review is about not completing the job in timely manner.I gave them enough time when they said their tool is in repair, but now they stopped responding to me in timely manner, or giving me exact time when they will do the job. Now I am not even getting any confidence they will do this job to completion. Surely I cannot give them another job.

Contacted them for a quote and they replied pretty fast with the cheapest price. Came on time and called before arriving. Cut & grind the stump & cleaned up in under 1 hour. My neighbor came out, also wanted to grind the stump of their previously cut tree, the crew accommodated the sudden request with no problem. I will use them again in the future if needed and will recommend to other people.

GDR Tree Removal Service did a great job trimming a large Oak tree in my backyard. I had them remove a few large limbs that were shading the grass. They also thinned out the rest of the tree nicely. Called and made an appointment for the next morning. I had to juggle my schedule to be available. Next morning came and went without anyone showing up. No call, no apology, no offer to reschedule. It just boggles my mind at how some people run their business. How hard is it to pick up a phone and call your customer to let me know you cannot make it? Its just basic business practices as well as common sense. I would no longer be in business if I treated my customers that way.
