Joshua was awesome to work With! From the moment I met him he asked me questions about the whys and my needs of selling my home. They gave me a very fair price On my home! One week before we were to close I had an unfortunate accident and was not able to Move a few things out of the house or do a broom clean. When I communicated this with Joshua he told me not to worry about it in the day of closing I was to have surgery and he helped me get in touch with his attorney to get everything ready for closing! I want to thank Jon and Josh from the bottom of my heart for the friendly, compassionate, and most of all HONEST business dealings I had with them concerning a small estate property I had been tasked to rehab and sell that was in terrible shape when I took the project on. The property had belonged to a family member that passed. At the time when I received a postcard ad from their company, I had spent about 1 1/2 years trying to do all the cleaning and repairs myself, spent thousands of dollars, and made myself sick trying to do the physical labor on my own to minimize expenses. I was looking at another $15K left to spend for carpet, tile, painting, appliance replacement, and such.I had a good feeling about them from the first call. They were very respectful, and never once acted like they could be any other way. They did a walk through of the property, asked a few relevant questions, and made a very reasonable offer to buy the property later the same day, without requiring any other work on my part except to remove any contents I wanted to keep from the property.Closing was a dream. I opted to use their attorney for free and that saved me another $700 or more. All that paperwork was taken care of and the closing was done locally. It only took a few minutes and a few signatures, and my life was given back to me. I cant express what a burden they took off my shoulders. The sale price was more than fair, and I was completely and thoroughly happy with the process. I recommend Grey Street to anyone and would not only do business with them myself, but would trust them to take care of anyone of my family or friends. A special thanks also goes to their attorney, Robert Steffen. He is a friendly and very helpful person, even though I wasnt paying him for all the phone calls and texts to get my questions answered. We just closed on the sale of our house yesterday with Jon and Josh. We could not be more happy with our choice to go with Grey Street. We originally thought we would go with a realtor, but when she told us all the things we needed to do before she would put our home on the market we decided to call a few renovation companies. One of those calls were to Jon & Josh. When they made us an offer that was so much higher and fair than other offers we could not resist. The realtor had given us a price range she believed the house would sell for. When Grey Streets offer and other savings fell within the realtors price range how could we lose! Then we learned all the other perks going with Grey Street we knew they were the right choice. We didn’t have to pay the realtors fee, attorney fees, closing costs and other fees. Plus we were able to take just the things we wanted to keep and leave everything else behind and did not have to do any cleanup! We didn’t have to paint ,clean carpets, yard work and all those other things people need to do before selling their home. And NO home inspections! Jon & Josh made everything so Easy for us. We were leery about using their attorney at no cost to us, but when we found out how much it cost to get one ourselves we jumped at the chance to use theirs for free. We thought their attorney would be their and take care of the both of us, they actually had two attorneys there and one of them was their just for us with just our best interest in mind. He was also so nice and helpful and let us know exactly what we needed to do. I have sold other homes and the amount of things we needed to do and paperwork we needed to provide was so much more than Grey Street needed. Jon and Josh made our whole experience so simple and we are 100% satisfied with their offer. Not to mention they are both very nice men and have been such a pleasure to work with.
