Quail Ridge is an absolute Godsend for my family. My mom has lived at two other local facilities with memory care. Those facilities do not even come close to Quail Ridge. They have staff that are highly trained in dementia. The staff is so loving and caring. The activities they have for the residents keep them very engaged and happy. My sisters and I can finally sleep at night knowing our mom is safe and happy. Thank you Quail Ridge!!

I just want to comment how pleased I am at the care my loved one is receiving. She is so happy and the smiles that I see when I get to see her are wonderful. The entire staff is very caring and accommodating to all of her needs. I would highly recommend to others. Everyone, from the ED to the cleaning staff are pleasant and helpful. I give it 5+ stars 🌟

Quail Ridge was heaven on earth for me and my family! My dad was there for the remainder of his life and I couldn’t have picked a better place to put him. The Quail Ridge family is amazing. They really loved and cared for my dad better than I could have by keeping Him at home. His last days were meaningful and exciting! Thank you all so so much!

My sweet granddaddy lived here for 2 years until his death earlier this year. We had some issues early on, but after new staff came in everything was taken care of. We tried so hard to care for him at home, but we were not the best caregivers. Peace of mind does not even begin to describe what we had with him at Quail Ridge.

My dad has been at Quail Ridge for 2 years. Let me just say that last year when Sunshine, Dawn and Kiesha took over, it became more than I could have ever hoped for. They made improvements in care, food, activities, basically everything. If you want a safe, clean, and nurturing home for your loved one, Quail Ridge is the place for you.

My mom has been at Quail Ridge for almost 4 years. While there have certainly been some ups and downs there, one thing is for sure, it is the best it has ever been. One solid that hasnt changed is the Nurse Manager, Jeremy. He has always helped with anything we needed. I would not have my mom anyplace else. There are plenty of activities for my mom to enjoy thanks to Toni. During COVID-19 it has been extremely hard but Toni is kind and does Facetime calls and window visits with us. My moms safety is whats important.

My mom passed two weeks ago from COVID-19 here at Quail Ridge not one person apologized or asked if me or the family needed anything Dawn the director was more focused on making sure the check was still gonna clear. I’m not sure why but I was charged for this months stay but I find that foul and corrupt and I will be pursuing things further.

We used Quail Ridge for respite care. I was very nervous about putting mom anywhere (I was afraid no one would really care for her like I do). I can honestly say, this was the best decision ever, for mom and myself. All her caregivers love her, the administration is quick to help with concerns, the activities have made it fun, the food is fabulous, the support staff caring, and she is happy. That is the most important thing. My mom has been very happy and cared for. I will use the facility again for respite care and would recommend it to anyone who wants a place for a relative with Alzheimer/Dementia; for permanent care or respite care as we have done. Unfortunately we do not have funds to keep mom here right now, but if I did, Id leave her! I love all the staff and the residents. Its going to be hard to leave this family.

Quail Ridge is an amazing facility. The residents and staff are treated with the utmost care and respect. The care provided by the staff is topnotch! The residents spend their days doing activities, going on trips, and eating delicious food. Quail Ridge really knows what they are doing when it comes to caring for residents with dementia.

Quail Ridge has been through a lot of changes in the last 6 months. There are some negative reviews here (even recently) but they arent congruent with the change that has taken place. A new Administrator, Health Services Director, and Maintenance Director came in about 6 months ago and completely changed things around FOR THE BETTER. There is a lot of unfortunate history here, but its not indicative of what is going on now (and has been going on since they arrived). Morale is high among staff, care is top notch, families are happy, and its a wonderful place to be!

Quail Ridge is a wonderful place to work for. It puts their employees and residents first above all. I have worked for Quail Ridge for a year and there is no other company that I rather work for. Quail Ridge takes pride in taking care of their residents.

Having to move a parent that has early onset dementia is one of the most heartbreaking things Ive ever had to do. Quail Ridge was the answer to our family prayers. Im not sure who is posting these rapid fire negative reviews, but if you would like to come talk to me Ill tell you how the facility and its staff really operate.

My grandmother lived here for about 3 years. During that time she fell and broke bones 3 times. The facility would have a 100% turnover in staff about every 3 - 6 months. This includes directors, managers, nurses, and support staff. The only thing consistent about the place was the location , the decor and the lady who cuts hair. The biggest problem with the place is that they do not provide enough staff to take care of the residents, which in turn causes an impossible workload for the few who try to make it work.upper management would make an occasional appearance and come in and add insult to injury by firing people , writing people up , punitive stuff etc. To those who were unable to handle the ridiculous workload. The company JEA has a model for their CAs and labor management (CAs are those on the front line , the people who bathe, dress and assist the residents to dinner, activity room etc. ) 2 CAs per 10 residents. That is the problem with this place. Do not send your loved one here . Bad company !

If I was able to give this company zero stars I would!!! I started working here in November 2018! I thought that this was a good facility but I was wrong. I was improperly trained and let’s not talk about the hiring process. There were coworkers whom was hired with me that didn’t take a tb skin test. Orientation wasn’t watching training videos etc they basically threw me on the floor. They didn’t know if I was cpr or first aid certified and they didn’t really care. The receptionist by the name of Sherri is a Caucasian lady with glasses she’s very unwelcoming and she trashed my application. She has a very nasty attitude as well and she’s very sneaky! When I worked from November til February soooo many patients died from so called falls ! There’s almost an entire new set of patients there. They treat them like they’re animals. So much go on in these facilities that the families doesn’t know about and i think they should!!!! There’s even two sisters there with a camera in their room which is against the law!!!! Working here has taught me to never in my life send any of my loved ones to any of these facilities because they can’t be trusted. The patients stay in bed with clothes on from 2 to 3 days ago! They use to complain in the middle of the night about being thirsty and hungry. It was told to say shift that if they don’t eat on the scheduled time then don’t feed them! Also they were always low on supplies and they never had the proper supplies needed to handle the patients like gloves, diapers and bed pads. So if some of you family members all were wondering where were some of your supplies they’d use others supplies on other patients. This is a horrible place to send your elderly people they’re all about money and how many rooms they can fill up! They act as if they’re all together when corporate visits them but they’re not! I’ve witnessed some of the workers even cursing and yelling at patients but when I reported it to the administrator nothing was done about it. Also the administrator Sandra is so messy and she’s all about her money and could care less about any patient in that facility. Their turn over rate is ridiculous! Can never keep workers and obviously hire any and everyone that basically just needs a job! I wouldn’t advise anyone to do business with this company they’re all a bunch of frauds if u ask me. And needs to be on the news and under investigation! There was a woman there with staph infection and they would not send her to the hospital. She was actually sharing a room with another patient. Her skin was very bad and infectious and spreading. Once they sent her to the hospital because they waited so long she died! And I witnessed this the first couple of months after being hired! There’s a lot of bad things happening at Quailridge so families do your research before u take your love ones there!
