I cant comment on the quality of their equipment, but what I can say is that they are theives. I joined in 2018 but never went to the club. I had 2 memberships. I canceled both in 2019 due to a move. Fast forward i discover a collections on my credit report from ATC for 210. I was told that I didnt cancel them. Now there is no way to prove that it was canceled. I have called but have gotten no assistance. I have never had a collection before and now stuck to pay this and try and get it off my credit report in order to be approved for a mortgage in November. If I could give them a zero I would.

Good gym with some nice amenities. Its generally not crowded at times I like to work out. Some of the equipment could use some TLC, but its all in working order and theres a good variety of machines and free weights.

Non intimidating gym. Helpful staff. Being young i have been scammed in gym contracts before but this is a NO CONTRACT gym and it is great. Lots of machines and the hydromassage is worth the membership alone.

Biggest advantage is the hours. You cant beat 24 hour access. The gym itself is pretty clean even latenight, though recently there seems to be a high number of crawling (and flying) insects inside. Freeweight Equipment is old but serviceable, though its time to repair/ replace some of the dumbbells. The new hip thrust machine and the H-squat are definitely appealing and rare in the Memphis area!

Been the gym Ive gone to for a while. Good mix of buff dudes and people just working on themselves. Never had an issue with a single person. Its great here.

Equipment is fine. The place itself is a bit...dirty. Sometimes I use my breath to blow off the floor before I set my phone and my rag cause I think the massive dust-bunnies are gonna take refuge in my rag, then I can wipe them on my face next time Im wiping off the sweat. A little more attention to detail when cleaning wouldnt hurt. Maybe call the staff at the Forest-Hill Irene location and get cleaning tips from them?

I never run into a problem when I come to work out at this location. Everyone here are very positive and always have that welcome face to let you know that your not being judged.

Always dirty and workers always just standing behind the desk playing in their phones. I know guest should clean behind themselves but staff can still clean too. Always looking for a spray bottle to wipe down machines myself.

I go to multiple locations. They equipment is clean, and yes they have rules. Re-rack your weights, keep gym bags off the gym floors and in the locker rooms. These rules are posted and have been for some time. The staff is courteous, and they are always open. I love this facility.

I have ALWAYS been very satisfied with the service and gym. They are always courteous and pleasant. For the price, the gym is a great deal. I have been a member for several years and dont plan to change any time soon! Really great place and very good people!

I absolutely love this gym! Its clean, the staff is polite and its just an all around good gym. They could use some more specialized equipment like a 55lb squat bar and bars with some better grip, but I get around that no problem. One thing that Im not too crazy about, is their rule against dropping weights. I mean its just going to happen when you dead lift but like I said, I get around that issue with no problems. Definitely recommend this gym to anyone out there be it a newbie or professional athlete. Great facility!

This gym has everything you need and more to get it done! More than enough space and equipment to go around. No waiting for the squat rack or the flat bench because some guy wants to baby sit it for 2 hours! Lol More cardio machines than planet fitness! What else could you ask for. Always a team of professionals on stand by to assist. I believe the staff is available from 7a.m. to 9p.m. The environment is very peaceful and motivating. This ATC hands down is one of the best.

I would not recommend this gym to anyone. After being a member in good standing for over a year, they cancelled my membership for leaving my gym bag against the wall behind the squat rack. Don Ross is the manager and is a very unreasonable person. Such a harsh response to a ridiculous rule.

The owner is an incredibly nice person, the machines are well maintained, the other members are incredibly friendly for the most part and will help you. I made a few friends here ranging from older folks coming there for cardio to younger guys coming to bodybuild. Amazing community. The only one thing I would change is the downstairs music station, just not me or my dads taste of music, maybe 104.5 would do since its a variety station. But thats so minor. I have been coming here for 2 years, and will continue to come until I ship out for BCT, after which I will return.Overall, this more than deserves my 5 star rating.(P.S.) Follow the rules, wrack your weights, and move your gym bags. Dont give them a bad review just because you failed to follow them.

Tanning Beds are OK....They are not a tanning salon so I guess thats why they dont change the bulbs often. The gym it self is great!!! Only real complaint is they dont offer WIFI for their customers. Iheart radio uses lots of Data.

I cant believe the way I was talked to today. Don (the manager) called saying Im going to be suspended for not re-racking weights. Never has anyone said one word to me about racking or re-racking weights. Then he got an attitude with me when I told him if Im suspended cancel my membership. He stated that if I ever have anything said to me again my membership will terminated and I will have to pay a 30 day termination. HELL NO!!! CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP IMMEDIATELY!!!! After being a paying member for 5 years I will never darken the doors of this place again!!! I REFUSE TO SPEND MY MONEY WHERE PEOPLE THINK THEY CAN TALK TO YOU ANY KIND OF WAY!!!

I am always one to read reviews and go from there and ATC has mixed reviews but I decided to give them a chance. I joined yesterday and went for the first time last night. I can agree with other users when they said the music is terrible, it is but Im not there for the music. Plus, almost everyone wears some kind of ear bud or headphone. The gym was veryyyyy clean. All the stationary equipment has tvs on it so you can watch the news etc.. Also, it wasnt all that crowded at 8pm. Half of all the equipment wasnt occupied. Overall Im happy and would urge new people to try it out.

Has all the basic barbells and dumbbells, allows deadlifting. 3 squat racks, 3 flat bench, 2 incline, 1 decline. Plenty of weight machines and cardio equipment. No classes. Sometimes have to wait for weight lifting equipment during peak hours.

Theyre missing a few machines and some bars I wish they had. They are open 24/7 though and its close to the house.

Overall experience okay but membership cancelation and financial services are terrible. I notified ABC Financial (terrible on Billing/Collection issues with the BBB) July 7, 2015 of my desire to cancel. Received a confirmation but informed that another months dues would be charged August 4, 2015. I will be living in Minnesota at that date and showed Brian, the manager in Cordova a train reservation from MSP to Chi on August 15. No mitigating circumstances on the 30 notification. The use of facilities until September 3, 2015 does not help me. I will NEVER use their facilities again...they are petty!!!

Dont know what these other folks are talking about...ATC Fitness is just fine unless youre inexperienced and need hand-holding in the gym then maybe it wont be the place for you. They just recently expanded so theres plenty of cardio machines (they have them now on both sides of the gym)!As far as the bathrooms I cant speak for the female side but the males locker-room and bathroom is fine. Of course there are some PEOPLE who abuse the toilets occasionally but thats ANYWHERE you go. I also cant speak on this lack of customer service people are speaking of (maybe folks that do tanning & need personal trainers)!So Ill admit that I cant speak for that end of things BUT if you live in Bartlett and dont want to have to travel all the way to 24 hour fitness and pay more monthly for the same stuff and if you already know what you are doing in the gym then ATC fitness is fine!
