I pay weekly and I missed one week payment because money got funny because of the COVID-19 stuff.....so they asked could I pay something between now and Saturday...on the day they called it was a Tuesday...soo I said yeah I can pay that Friday...they claimed that was too late and that would “hold off on the truck”...last I checked wasn’t Friday between Tuesday and Saturday????? Anyways I paid that Friday like I said and you know that them penny pinchers was at my door after I paid them???? Moral of the story don’t rent from them...

Do not ever rent from this place. The manager is a terrible person. They close at 5pm, so if you have the money to make your payment, you cant:until the next day. But they wont hesitate to bring their truck and take your product at 9pm. Terrible employees, terrible management, and they will not work with you if youre even a day late. My family will never go to this place again. Youre better off with rent a center. Youve been warned.

DONT EVER RENT FROM THEM. THEY HAVE BEEN ASKED MULTIPLE TIMES TO TAKE MY DEBIT CARD OFF FILE, WHICH THEY HAVE NOT. THEY AUTOMATICALLY SET UP AUTO PAY WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND ACT LIKE THEY HAVE NO CLUE TO WHAT IS GOING ON.

Do not ever pay with a card, they will store it (or write your card number down) and pay the account without permission even if it not your account!😒😤😲

Most of the furniture was used, some damaged and everything was extremely over priced. You can buy better furniture or the same things at local name stores for alot less than what this place is selling used. Thr only good thing was the employees who were extremely helpful and very nice.

I have asked them several times to remove my debit card from their systems. Every time Ive asked the manager has agreed to do so, but the contenue to charge my card without my promisson. Then they have an attitude when I call them about it. I have been told a number of times to removed my card and I have been told it wont happen again. All lies. I am done with Best Way.Update: I spoke with a regional manager in Texas about the situation. He told me that you must submit in writing your choice of being removed from auto pay. Which sounds like they been lying all along. I was never supposed to be on auto pay. I also found out I only owe 2 more payments. So they were hoping I would get mad and send the furniture back. Thats why they charge me twice. I will never do business with this company again. Beware

Horrible customer service. I walked in with my mother today and the two employees didn’t greet us nor asked if we needed assistance. They were conversing amongst each other, so we left and will take our business somewhere else.

The beds we ordered required assembly, however, the delivery team took care of this for us. It was free of charge, but we felt it proper to give a small tip. Thumbs up!

Ive had nothing but a wonderful experience with this company through out the experience of doing business with them. When they came & delivered the furniture they were totally professional and the only thing you have to do is tell them what you want and theylol do exactly what you ask.

The bed was delivered Monday the manager of the store sold it to me and i asked to have everything delivered in plastic and i did not receive my request after being told i would. He told me they treat everything so garuanteed i will not have bedbugs. I have video of the bed bug infested mattress they delivered! I did not put any bedding on the bed because fear of the mattress being infested and indeed it was! Now i have to treat me and my child for these bites and pay out of pocket to get my house treated because God only knows if they are now elsewhere in my house.

Do not get your furniture here! They lie to you about the monthly costs AND the amount of payments just so they can sell something. Youll end up paying 3xs what its actually worth. Then they start blowing up your phone the day before your payment is due just to remind you as if you didnt know. And of course they change they monthly date of your payment and when asked if they can change it back to the original dare they say theres a fee. Total rip off and the tables are garbage. Dont even last a few months before paint starts chipping off.
