If you are looking for a job, this is the place to go! I walked into the office and was offered an assignment that started the next day. It was literally the quickest and easiest process I’ve ever been through. Tonya truly cares about her employees and has their best interest at heart. She has been so good at checking in on me to see how I’m doing and is very good about answering the phone and responding to texts quickly.

I recently just reached out to see if there was any job openings I got responded very quickly even on a Sunday afternoon and got placed with a job that I start tomorrow I appreciate the timing she had for me so excited about my opportunity. Tonya, is a amazing person when I first wrecked my truck Tonya was the first response. Her, words, was we going to accept you on our team! Within , the next couple days I was employed by one of the biggest companies in the world (UPS HEALTHCARE) I’ve became from a temp, to a warehouse 2 , 3 to a 4 which is a teamlead! This review is based off going to the office only. It was three recruiters working this morning to help you when you walked in. We were greeted when we walked in my a lady in front. There was two other men working as well. The office was clean and comfortable to fill out your paper work. They also have a back space to get on the computer for your testing with them. Not sure about the places they send you work. This review is based off the office visit only.

Randstad in Bartlett is the only place to go if you are seeking a company to help match you with potential employers. Their staff is composed of knowledgeable, happy people who genuinely care about finding the right employer for you. While all of the staff are bright and friendly, I was especially impressed with Tonya. She is tenacious, driven, and highly knowledgeable in matters related to staffing and placement. Their office is clean, comfortable, and inviting. Everytime I walk through their doors I am greeted with smiling faces. This is by far the worst Randstad! Customer service is horrible! They see you walk in and they ignore you! When they finally decide they wanna work I ask if you have any forklift jobs available. I was told we always have those available. Then when he looks my name up I’m sorry we don’t have any jobs available at the moment. The employees at this location all need to be replaced!!! I would have rated this negative 5 stars!!

This is by far the best and most professional randstad I’ve been to. Mr Rico McGhee is awesome and took the time to learn about me and what I’m comfortable doing to put me in the best possible position for long term success and I also wanna add that Ms Katina McMillan was very helpful as well so if you are looking for work I suggest this branch over the rest.

They give you the run around. Will say they have jobs available but take forever to place you after completing paperwork. They act as if theyre too busy to assist you when you come in when they are doing nothing. Also, will not place you for a job if you miss an appointment. As they call it a no call no show even though you arent getting paid to come in and do the appointment. Better off going to Adecco or somewhere else.

The agents were very helpful, patient , and friendly.The agents try to get us into work as soon as possible, i highly recommend them as you look to get into work .

WORST FLIPPIN TEMP AGENCY EVER!!! I have been waiting for a month now for a job that I was promised, seriously half the staff has no idea what they are doing, are about as smart as a fence post and expect you to be absolutely patient as they drag their feet to help place you in a job! If you drag your feet here or cant keep up then you get canned but Randstad can drag their feet all they want and never hear a word for it. If you want a Temp Agency that ACTUALLY keeps their word DO NOT apply here. We all have bills to pay but Goddangit Im gonna lose my place soon because of this mess.

I worked for randstad they sent me to autozone, I reported to work on time, but as soon I had death in my family I called left message I wasnt going be in, they said I was call no show, such a lier..

I Only Got One Job From Them and Never Got Another Call About Anything Else . On Top Of That I Never Get A Call Back Nor Talk To Anyone When I Call . So I’m Guessing My Next Step Is To Just Pop Up There On Them .

Went in and did paperwork and everything and a few hours later I got a call to start working that night.
