I’ve been using Magic Broom Services since they started in 2004. Having them clean my home is the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. After Cathy and her crew leave on Fridays I feel like a brand new person. Thank you for providing a healthy, clean, sparkling atmosphere for us and thank you, Bobo and Sandra, for employing fine people and always keeping it real and professional!

Magic Broom helped me out fitting me in for a last minute cleaning. The workers were very friendly and the place was spotless after!

My mom has used this company for 2+ years the team is inconsistent and only 1 lady that truly works hard and cleans the house. They are always training someone new because they cannot keep staff. Takes them 2-3hrs for a standard cleaning and not always done well unless you are there to watch. The owner is rude and does not care about any complaints you have and literally tells you to find another company if you are unhappy after making excuses 🤔 I assume she is the real problem. Do not use them

Love this business. I have used them for deep cleanings and regular cleanings for almost 10 years and I highly recommend them.

I used them for 2 years and everything was good, I had issues a few times but this last time they came, I was not very happy when I came home from work I could tell they did not do like they normally do. The bathrooms were not clean and the floors were not mopped. I called and spoke to the manager and she was very defensive about it and argued with me I did not know why she was acting like this and she said if your not happy find another cleaning service. She hung up on me. I called back and said I don’t understand why your acting like this it’s very unprofessional and you haven’t even offered to fix the problem, she hung up on me again. I don’t know what her issue was but I never heard back from her.
