Rented a unit there to store a classic car for a bit. Nice place. Unit was clean and place looks very secure. Staff is awesome especially Kathy the manager. She was very helpful in getting me setup with the right unit for the time I needed. If youre in the area and need storage, this is the place to go.

I’ve had this storage unit for quite a few years. I must say I’ve always found the property neat and clean. Over the years I’ve found the few times I’ve interacted with the personnel at the facility, to be courteous, helpful, and a pleasure to work with any concerns I had with the unit. At no time did I find any issues.It’s been a pleasure to work with the people at this facility. I would still have the unit but, I’ve decided to retire and no longer have a need for a storage unit. Been a long time renter here. Kathy has been great to work with all these years. Highly recommend, driveways are wide for big trucks and plowed early in the winter.

The place is clean and organized. The management is excellent and they send out friendly reminders on when your bill is due.

I was affected by the GLOBAL PANDEMIC 😷 and my rates still kept rising. I had to shut my business down but they didn’t care. I tried to make payments to catch up when I fell behind but they said no Instead they added more fees. I asked them sincerely to work with me and they refused. Saying “ we don’t do that”.... they will allow you to pay 75% of the balance they have inflated to get your belongings that day before they sell them at auction. I was able to find the same size unit that offered to work with me on everything.I almost lost my family memories because they REFUSED to work with me. SHAME ON THEM.

I have been going to the CubeSmart on Devon in Bartlett, IL for a number of years now. Honestly, the reason that I go back every year is because of the General Manager, Kathy Hibbler. I can’t imagine anyone being more courteous, friendly and professional. I store all of my patio furniture each winter and Kathy always anticipates when I will be back and takes care of all my storage needs. Plus......Kathy has always told me about any promotions, the latest being the first month’s rent free or 25% off the monthly rate. Having those two options available is a great idea and depending on your length of stay, one may be better than the other. In my case, the 25% savings was more advantageous. This year, Pamela Donald, Manager took care of all my paperwork and took me to my new storage unit. Just like Kathy, Pam was so helpful, kind and courteous and very professional!! As long as I live in Bartlett, I will continue to use Kathy & Pam’s CubeSmart for all my storage needs!!!

They were respectful and easy to find a rental. Prices kinda high and they charge extra for you to get into your unit I believe 10pm to 6am might be a little off. Either way if you rent a unit I expect to be able to get into it every hour of the day

Who knew a storage experience could be this great? Storage is storage, right? But Kathy who runs the Bartlett location on Devon really does make my storage experience really wonderful (and I know how weird that sounds since storage is such a work-a-day need). My business requires me to store paperwork long term, and Ive used other facilities. But now I dont dread going. The climate controlled area is amazing - well lit, well watched by security cameras, and Im always comfortable that my storage area (and myself when I visit) is safe. And Ive never come across a more helpful and pleasant storage manager than Kathy. Whod have guessed it would all come at reasonable pricing? Kudos to CubeSmart and to Kathy for raising a really mundane business necessity to something really pleasant for me!

I have stored at many facilities previous to finding this one. I have to say that it is the most well managed storage facility that I have ever encountered. Kathy is the most helpful and friendly employee that Cubesmart has and I refuse to store anywhere else because of her! This facility is super well maintained and CLEAN. The security is better than most storage facilities that you will find which makes me feel safe. I have rented multiple units at different times and a parking space from this location. Very impressive!! We were looking for a 10X20 unit with drive-up access, and climate controlled. I looked alot on line, and finally found the perfect combination at Cube Smart. In retrospect, I wish I had gotten 2 10-x10 units, which would have given us easier access to things in the back of the unit, but dont plan to move to a different size until we are able to get rid of much of what we have in here. We had a few bumps in the road with our total moving experience, but NO BUMPS at all at Cube Smart. Kathy, the manager, has been terrific both on the phone and in person. I cant think of a better person to run this operation. Thank you Kathy!
