A couple of things happened to get me shopping for a new broker. One, my existing agent had started renewing my homeowners and auto at much higher limits without discussing it with me. Two, we were looking at buying another property and a boat. I dont love shopping for insurance agents, but found McDonald Insurance on google. I emailed their owner and heard from Associate Agent Nathan Tognetti the same day. Nathan used the right balance of email and phone time to get what he needed, and quickly presented outstanding options for us. I had our existing broker quote the business and Nathan outperformed in every sense. Professional, proactive, and affordable without cutting limits. Great job Nathan and McDonald Insurance Services. I have recommended the group to folks in my office.

I have been a client of the McDonald Insurance agency - Nationwide for over 10 years. Leslie Betts is a fantastic agent! She is kind, considerate and compassionate. I want to share a true story. I had a 4 trunk tree fall on my home after a wind and rain storm. It crushed my 2nd story. I called Leslie on her cell phone at 4:30 pm. Servicemaster was at my house by 5:10 pm. A tree removal company arrived by 5:30 pm. She authorized an 80 ton crane to lift the tree, verified that the roof was tarped and made sure that I had room and board for the night. She continually checked on me until midnight. She personally came by with food and drinks the next day. Finally, she was involved throughout the renovations. If I needed anything, she was sure to provide it. I looooove her and this company! They are top notch in the customer service department.
