John Anderson and the entire staff, are the best examples of Exemplary customer service, professionalism with compassion, expertise and sheer kindness, that is rarely if ever seen in todays world!! They went above and beyond to get me back on the road after an object hurled off a truck at 75 mph tore through the underbelly of my vehicle puncturing the metal oil pan with a gaping hole disabling my vehicle! This had the potential of not only killing me but others in the lanes surrounding me. I had been traveling alone across the country from CA heading back to MD. When this happened to me, in Tennessee. Needless to say I was an emotional wreck, a nightmare all in all- Until I was taken care of by John and the staff who did backflips to help me get back on the road.. They had to order, took it upon themselves to drive an hour distance just to pick up the parts needed and then service the vehicle… working late and going in early just to help me, all of this in an incredibly short amount of time!!! Wow…Again, EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE!! These people are the best humans I’ve encountered in decades!! πŸ’―! They deserve all the accolades and more! With my sincere, heartfelt gratitude I applaud Caliber Collision WolfChase, Tennessee!!

My insurance had me bring my car in for an estimate and possible repairs. When I got there a rep had me sign paperwork without providing any explanation or information. She walked me outside to view the damages on my vehicle (dent in the door). I informed her there was prior damage on the other side. She didnt take the time to walk around and look it because she assured me the only thing they would be fixing is the dent in my door. The next day I get a phone call saying my car was a total lost. I reviewed the estimate for the vehicle I drove into the shop the day before. First red flag 🚩 the report said my car wasnt drivable. Then I see my front and back bumper was being replaced, my headlight, and a bunch of other things that had nothing to do with my initial reason for dropping my car off. I spoke with my claims adjuster and informed her the report wasnt correct and repair estimated had inflated charges and unnecessary repairs added. She gave me the option to keep my car and take it to a different shop for repairs. Same day I went in to pick my car up and it was completely stripped. Why was my car taken apart just for a door estimate. They stated it was required by the insurance. Brett manager and Kelsey rep informed my husband and I that the rep Sunshine was new and didnt handle the intake of the vehicle properly. So they agreed to put the vehicle back together and have it ready for pick the next day. I went in to pick my vehicle up today. First problem is they wanted me to sign a no fault document stating they werent liable for any damages on my car. It also states my car was a road hazard. I crank my car up and I have a warning that my hood isnt closed. I closed it. The light was still on. I slammed it close again. The light was still on. I turned my AC on it was blowing out hot air. So now I feel like they did something to my car on purpose. I go back in requested to speak with the manager Brett who assured us the car would be put back together in the same condition we brought in as. He is all aggressive and rude like I damaged my own car. Not to mention earlier in the day, I spoke with Kelsey who told me and my insurance claims rep the car would be ready the following week. 5 minutes after that call Sunshine leaves a vocemail stating my car would be ready Monday or Tuesday of the following week. 48 minutes later Sunshine leaves a message stating my car was ready for pick up. My estimate had 43 hours worth of labor on it but they put the car back together in 48 minutes. How is this even possible? Ill be reporting the company to the BBB and Im also looking for a lawyer to help me with this situation. My parts cost 1200 and that included the touch up paint job they said they would do. Why did they purposely make the labor a little over my state requirement to total out a vehicle. I feel like they wanted the car for themselves. I wont be taken advantage of. Dont take your car here. Every car on the lot was totaled. I went in there 3 times and every person who came in had a totaled vehicle except for one customer. I wish I could give them a -5 star rating because this was a horrible experience. Im so angry and upset because the manager said it out his own mouth that my car was a good car. So how could a good car be totaled because of dent in the door? There were some cosmetic issues like door dings and scratches in the other side but this still doesnt equate to a total loss.

I was very very impressed with using this shop location for my body repairs to my truck. Gary my service advisor did an excellent job in both coordinating the repairs and keeping me informed of the ongoing process. The organization also sent Texts to me and keeping me updated as well. When I picked up my vehicle it was totally clean on the inside of the vehicle and it was spotless on the outside and I couldn’t even tell the vehicle was even damaged when I picked it up because it was done so professionally. I would recommend this body shop on Brunswick Road specifically and when you go there ask for Gary who is an excellent service advisor and did a great job for me

My vehicle was in the shop for nearly 4 weeks, if not longer for a repair resulting from impact with a deer in the driver side door. My vehicle was in the shop the first two weeks when I was called late on a Friday indicating the vehicle was ready. When I arrived I saw exposed sheet metal on the fender and a large paint bubble on the fender. In addition, the fender was not aligned correctly with the bumper or hood. There was paint runs behind the gaps and looked horrible. The paint job and body work was unprofessional. Clay Bryant who was in charge of my claim at Caliber offered an apology but should have never let this poor quality of work pass before calling me. I was told the vehicle would be ready on Wednesday, but after another week of work, I was called late on a Friday to let me know the vehicle was ready. Upon my arrival, I observed the color of the fender did not match the rest of the car. I also noticed the fender was not properly aligned to the hood, bumper, or door area. In addition, it appeared that the painter never removed the fender from my car and in doing so, painted the glass windshield and A-pillar area of the vehicle. There was new damage to the lower bumper valiance where Caliber had put a large gash about 6 inches long and had to be replaced. I once again refused to take possession of the vehicle was again offered no apology or explanation how the vehicle passed quality control before I was called. After the 4th week, I was informed on a Friday late in the afternoon the vehicle was ready and this time was acceptable. The entire time the vehicle was in the shop after the 1st refusal to take possession I had to call the shop for updates. I was told I would receive calls back that never came. After the 2nd refusal to take possession, I called for an update midweek to be told the person who had been handling my claim had been terminated and that he had checked out, because he was quitting anyways. I am very frustrated with Caliber Collisions poor workmanship, quality control, and customer service. The fact that Calibers team did not try to speed the process up of getting my vehicle fixed was very upsetting and felt like after they took my deducible payment, that they did not care anymore about making things right. After a week and a half of having the vehicle back, I rolled down my passenger window to find that Caliber had damaged my window tint by causing large scratches that could not be seen unless the window was rolled down.

Do not use Caliber and if you do, inspect their work closely. They did not do a good job on my paint job and left what they call a orange peel effect on it. The representative I worked with and the detail person said they have had a lot of that lately and that the painter would have wet sand it to fix the problem. I also had a lot of over spray on my car that came from them not properly sealing the areas that were not painted. They did try to fix it but the problem still exist and now they basically said their is nothing wrong with the paint job. I reported it to the insurance company and another company agreed that it was not painted properly and fixed their mistake for a few hundred dollars that the insurance company paid. I initially thought that they had good customer service but that tuned out not to be true and when they were questioned, their niceness changed. Do not use them. The one I used is on Brunswick Road, Bartlett, TN.

This place is amazing. I had a horrible experience with a pothole that ended with my car being towed to this facility. They do great work. They have AMAZING customer service and Ms. Sunshine is an absolute Angel. They made this process so easy. They even wiped the inside of my car and vacuumed everything. Just absolutely wonderful. Would give 10 STARS.

The lady handling my car, Kelcie, was rude and would argue with me about my car and its return simply because i would ask about what is going on. Extremely unprofessional and my car return was delayed of course so they couldnt get any part of the business down. Go somewhere else and save yourself a headache.

What a great experience I had with Caliber Collison. I was rear ended on Sun. Took my car to them Tues afternoon. They finished early with my repair and when I picked it up Friday a.m. It looked perfect! They even washed the outside and cleaned the inside. They also called my rental car service for me to come pick me up when I dropped my car off. They are awesome! I hope nothing else happens, but if it does, I will call Caliber to take care of my car again!

Even when I had to returned for some adjustments, he was right on top of it and took the vehicle back immediately. The workmanship on the body looked as if it never had an accident. All in all, I am very pleased and if I get in another accident(hopefully never 😁) this is where Im coming.

My wife got rear ended a couple months back, was not looking forward to dealing with insurances and body shops - but these guys at Caliber made it almost too easy to deal with everything. Incredible customer service, everything was done in a timely fashion, all around great experience. Would definitely recommend these guys to everyone I know needing body work. Hopefully we can avoid future wrecks, but if not, Ill definitely be back.

Repair work to a vehicle. My car was not ready as promised resulting in me paying additional two days for a rental because no one informed me that my car was ready to be picked up. I had to call weekly to check the status because I never received any feedback/status updates. Upon getting my car, it had an additional 1000 miles used by an employee of the company (unauthorized by me). While driving my car, I was told the muffler fell off. They never retrieved the part. My muffler is still missing. I have to get it repaired. Keep in mind, the muffler was not damaged nor did it need to be repaired prior to coming into the company. I wouldnt recommend this company - not this location.

This place is horrible. They do not contact you back. They do not contact back Progressive Insurance (who recommended this place). They took my bed cover off and let all of my personal items in the weather. They said they would replace them and have not. The repair was not done right. The decals were not replaced, the body panel was warped and the center tailgate emblem was placed on the left hand side and no where near correctly. I highly advise people to avoid this place at all costs. This is my second iteration with them. The first time their name was Abrath Body but the same people are there now. Please take my word on this one. Do not make the same mistake I did a second time around!!!!

My car was actually repaired and given back to me in the time frame that Steven said. Even though I didn’t receive any updates on my car once I placed it in ABRA possession.The reason I have given a rate of one star is because when I recieved my car back it started to stall and my battery ended up dying.I called ABRA Auto Body & Glass at 10 and Tracy told me someone would call me back. Never received a call back. I ended up having to call them back at 2, Tracy transferred me to Steven and he said he would call me back. Never received a call back. So I called back at 4:30 because they close at 5:30. Tracy proceeds to tell me they are understaffed and places me on hold. Steven eventually gets on the phone after a 2-3 minute wait.He tells me he spoke to the manager and the manager said because they worked based off of insurance I would have to contact the person who’s insurance paid for my auto body work and see if they can get it approved and they would happily put me in a battery. My issue with this is my car is newly purchased 9/3/18 aside from the damage of the person that hit my car I don’t understand why I have to wait on the insurance company if I was not having that problem BEFORE I dropped my car off!It’s a shame honestly. I expected more from this company. I will let NationWide know that they need to be careful about this company!Update as of 7/9/19Around 11am I received a phone call from the Assistant Manager! He apologized for the inconvenience and the lack of communication from his staff! He offered me two choices. I could buy my own battery and he would reimburse me with a gift card or I could bring my car to the shop and they would replace my battery. I choose the latter but unfortunately my car battery was died. He looked up my address and saw that I do not live far from the shop. He offered to come boost off my car, replace my battery and bring my car back in a timely manner so I can go to work in the morning!At 11:30 my door bell rung. It was the Assistant Manager personally! He apologized again and asked for my keys! He proceeds to tell me that they are going to boost of my car and take it to auto zone to get a battery and will bring it back. And that is exactly what he did! By 12:30 he was pulling back up! That is what I call customer service and for that I have changed my one star review to a 5! I believe he told me his name was Brett!

Horrible. My car is still messed up after I had to take it back to have them correct their mistakes. It was an insurance job so they didn’t really care. My door panel was messed up after they fixed my door from a wreck. I took it back to get fixed. They β€œfixed it”, only for a few weeks because later the panel rose back up and the rain strips are also messed up now so I get moisture in my car now. Overall the worst body work I have ever had done to my car. I do not recommend you to go here if you want your car repaired correctly.

I would give this place ZERO stars if it were possible. I got a call from my insurance adjuster telling me I was approved for repair. When I went there, I was told my adjuster didnt do their job by actually setting an appointment for me. Come back next Wed. Went Wed. I was told it would be three days the week before that it wasnt that much damage. On Friday I called to find out if the car was ready. No, its just going in for paint now, I was told the same thing SAT, MON, TUES, WED. THURS it was finally ready(?) I wouldnt pay my deductible until I viewed the car. When I tried to open my passenger door, it hit the fender. (just a minor adjustment!) So they dont even check their work. They cost my insurance $600. more than if I had taken it to a place I wanted to take it. Now the hood isnt lined up on both sides (gap is bigger on one side than the other) I also had a wheel replaced. All of my tires HAD nitrogen in them.....not anymore. I was told to take it to Sears where they had the tire remounted on the new wheel. Wasnt that their job in the first place? They already had my car 8 days in total. Why should I sit at Sears all day waiting on something than should have been right in the first place? All in all I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone, including an enemy. They suck. They LIE, and they dont complete or do good work. BTW: Someone hit the rear bumper of my car, they quoted me $1700. I went to Mr. Bumper (I had dealt with him before) The quote there was $300. Talk about a place that rips you off, then doesnt even do the work correctly in the first place! NEVER AGAIN. Do Not Call me trying to make nice either, you had a job, you didnt do it. Why should I put up with your lies and leave my car any longer than you already had it.

Worst experience ever. Came here to get my car done after a car accident and since then my car has not been the same. Had to come back, which was an inconvenience to me, and had to get my car redone after they did not do it correctly the first time. Yet again the car is still not good. My bumper is still uneven, my fender is bent, and my paint is chipping AGAIN. Ridiculous! Would not recommend this place to anyone!

I have a Toyota Sequoia I backed into a tree only had damage on lights and back hatch. They said had to be a whole new hatch put on kept my truck over 2 weeks. Then call tell me just one part they are waiting on this was a Friday I could come get it cause it was just rear squirter and bring it back on Monday and it would only take 10 minutes to put new one on. That was 2 months ago just got squiter today every time I go up there something else is going wrong with back hatch rear windshield wiper wont come on all the time then the rear window. Now everything in the rear just works when it wants I had one day the hatch wouldnt even open. Now Abra that guarantees there work tells me to take it to dealership to run diagnostic they cant figure out whats wrong. They did it they should be able to figure it out. I should not have to pay for a diagnostic test anywhere they should be dealing with this problem they were paid to fix.
