This company is great. We have had so many people work on our AC unit and they always just rigged it. We have not had any problems with our unit since we started using this company. The people are great and very professional. Also our utility bill went down since we started using them. We have been using them for about 5 years now. My mother in law turned us on to them. I think they take care of about 5 people on her street. Give them a call and see if they can help you. I would give them a 10 out of 10.

Ryan just performed my summertime AC tuneup. Everything is clean, and he discovered low level of refrigerant and a weakening electrical component. He explained the various options and I went with the fix. Good to discover subpar performance and better to rectify the situation. Stuart was great! He did a thorough inspection of our units for the spring and made sure we were ready for the hot Memphis weather coming our way. He also alerted us to a potential wasp problem outside near our condenser that we weren’t aware of, so bonus points for going above and beyond! He even put our thermostat back to where it had been and took extra care not to bring chemicals through the house to protect us and our dog. Highly recommend this company for taking care of us for years!

We had a wonderful experience with Airmasters. We easily scheduled an appointment and they arrived on time. Chris was very thorough and took the time to explain exactly what he had found. He gave us options on the repair. He even offered several pointers on the importance of maintenance and replacing the filters. I would highly recommend this company and in particular this service agent. He kept us updated on the arrival of the parts and fixed our air conditioner in a very timely manner. He even called us to follow-up after the repairs had been made.

I am so very shocked that this company has a 5 rating ... .I schedule a consultation for my heating unit..The young man was professional and polite ... He isnt the issue ... After speaking with him ... He came back in and my unit was already running.....he looked in the unit ... The foam on the back of the door was loose ... Told me he would spray some adhesive..... Thats it... No work.... No tools removed from the van ...... After sitting in the van for about 20 minutes ... Present a bill for a minimum work service ... $150......for adhesive spray ... On a running unit .. But the company was willing to wave the $76 consultation fee .... REALLY YOU ARE CHARGING ME $150....FOR ADHESIVE SPRAY . Really sweet of you to give me a break .... At no point was I told that I was going to have a charge of $150......the young man was understanding of my anger.... .spoke to his supervisor..... Who was gracious enough to drop the price to $107.....for a single spray of adhesive on a running unit ..... As for their ratings... . I cant be the only one who was raked over the coals.. .. I was very willing to pay for the service call....I dont believe that a company who does this to new customer..... And what I consider strong arming me ... I cant not be the single person ... Its despicable ... You are warned.... And by the way ..... My unit is not running ... They WILL NOT be called back.... This company should be ashamed . . Its ridiculous ..I am happy to say that this matter was cleared up.... Although, I am still shocked by that charge ... It was refunded.... The owner spoke with me and corrected the issue ... The technician was a wonderful guy ... I appreciate the time and assistance he gave me after returning to my home.. The rating was accurate at the time of first post .. . It was handled quickly and professionally .... I will be happy to recommend them to anyone ... Thanks again....

My AC wasnt cooling and humidity was high. Airmasters showed up on time. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it. It was low on Freon. However the AC quit cooling in late afternoon. The hottest part of the day. But worked that night. I called Airmaster back and setup another appointment. It was fixed this time. They had put to much freon in. Now it is as cold as I want it.

AirMasters is great! My family has trusted them with keeping us comfortable for years! They respond very quickly when you need them. They even came to my house on a Sunday when the AC quit working in the middle of the summer. I highly recommend them! Gavin, Rick, Jeff, and everyone else are are a great crew!!

These guys have been great to work with. I definitely recommend Airmasters. Last year after all those storms hit Memphis our AC went out (right when it was getting really hot, too) . They met with us quickly and replaced our unit faster than they said they would. Their employees are polite and knowledgeable.

As always, Jason, the tech, was on time and did an excellent job. He inspected my heating system, showed me the results, and discussed add-on services with me. All Airmaster techs are polite and extremely friendly. As are the ladies working the phones!

Kudos to Airmasters. They sent Chris to diagnose my A/C issue on a Sunday. Chris was an outstanding, knowledgeable, and polite technician. He knows what hes doing. Also, the cost of the fix was very reasonable. Highly recommend.Airmasters continues to live up to their excellent reputation. They came out within an hour of calling them on a different issue. Michael came out this time and diagnosed the problem within minutes. This is my third time dealing with them over the years. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and polite.

Ive had other service techs in the past (not the Airmasters folks) who had a surly, almost antagonistic attitude. Not the case with the Airmasters people I have dealt with over the past few years. As always Air Masters, Inc provides rapid and competent service. Stuart was our service representative today. He phoned our house at least 1/2 hour before the scheduled maintenance appointment and arrived on time. He was polite, friendly, neat and provided excellent service.

Airmasters installed my new HVAC system in my house and did a fantastic job. A few weeks later, a fuse blew and they came out on a Sunday morning and promptly repaired the wires and fuse. Great service!

Overall I think theyve lost their conviction throughout the years. Through time Ive noticed that the quality of their technicians has degraded. Seems that they have a difficult time keeping the good ones. The dispatcher in the office is very forgetful. Used to be a place were I didnt feel like just another person. Used to feel like they genuinely enjoyed dealing with people. I guess the world is changing and its all about money. At times I feel like they probably practice strategies to up sale customers. They always have a different pitch about every year.

We have had an annual contract with Air Masters for a number of years now--not sure, I think 4 years. This is the second emergency we have gone through with air masters. The first emergency occurred two or three years ago when our heating system failed when my husband was out of town and there was such a difficult ice storm that the entire city except for emergency service workers had stopped. The heating system went out in our house in Fayette County in the early evening and by the next morning Air Masters had come out, made the repair and charged a fair price. The worker even had to retrace half of his steps in the car because of the ice storm before he got to us. This time our a/c system leaked in the attic, putting water on the ceiling. It occurred on a weekend. Air Masters response (Mike) was prompt. caring, compassionate, empathic and made us feel that Air Masters interest is in the long term relationship not a quick buck. I sing Air Masters praises to all of our friends,.

These are the best in keeping your furnace going all year and come in plenty of time to have your furnace ready for the next season. They come out twice a year and give it a good cleaning and checkup, change the filter, and since my freon was low Richard put freon in the unit! We have been happy with Airmasters since we started using them. Our tech Rick did an incredible job, for many years, keeping our older system running until it was time to replace it.

Marcus was very knowledgeable and spoke confidently and clearly about the various systems and the advantages of each. He answered all of our questions and anticipated what we didnt know to ask. He laid out everything very plainly so that we could see clearly the decision we are facing. This is no small task. He took something that seemed overwhelming and made it much less intimidating. But Marcus went above and beyond but not once, but twice looking for better pricing. The second time involved a call to the president of the company. He was modest and said he had time to kill before his next service call, but I really appreciated him going the extra mile, because he certainly didnt have to. My experience with Marcus will stay with me... and I will certainly be more likely to recommend Airmasters to others.

After getting a second opinion from Air Masters, they saved me $2000. First company diagnosed the problem wrong and wanted to sell me a new condenser when all I actually needed was a fan motor. Call Air Masters first! They were honest, and NOT trying to sell me something I didnt need.
