I provided the necessary information to the dispatcher, and was told someone would be at my residence within the hour. About twenty minutes later Matt showed up and performed his magic. Pauls Wrecker Service is outstanding! We had hit a big tire with rim about 25 miles from Bartlesville a few years ago on Sunday. We called Pauls Wrecker Service. Mr. Paul Posch was outstanding taking care of billing details with the insurance. He was very nice and we had good conversation. Again my husband had a burst tire about a month ago on the way to work. He called Paul’s Wrecker. One of the drivers was there within 30 minutes. We wish every tow experience everyone had was this good.

My axle broke on my truck , he was timely , courteous , and professional . When unloading my truck the tire actually came off and went under my truck and done a little damage .There was no hassle, haggling, or run around he offered to pay for the damage caused on his behalf and apologized up front. I will definitely be using him in the future. Good people are a rarity these days.

My parents car was towed less than 5 miles and was charged $130.00. I do honestly believe they are ripping people off on purpose. Dads car broke down last night and he had to leave it in a business parking lot. He had no other option. We went to pick it up this morning and it was gone. Pauls had towed it. Charged them $130 to get it back plus whatever theyll be out for the repairs. Ill be vehemently spreading the word all over town about this place. Taking advantage of disabled veterans trying to survive!!!!

Well. Got stuck in the mud at a tilt tryng to turn around after just finishing a drop at 0230. Of course! Another semi truck wrecker service recommended Pauls because they were close by and we were not disappointed. Called a sleepy lady around 0230 (ya...at least she didnt seem mad about that over the phone lol). She said the wrecker would be out in an hour and quoted $225/hr with a 2 hr minimum. Being that we needed to get out of that situation we didnt have too many options but to go along with it. So I set a timer for an hour with the idea of calling back if the wrecker didnt show....barely 30 minutes goes by and here is the wrecker! Chris was awesome! Despite the hour of the night, he was one of the most efficient and courteous people I have met in this industry! He took a good look at our situation...which really wasnt too bad...hooked us up to the winch...and had us upright on the road in less than 30 minutes. It was great...no damage to the truck and aside from some muddy tires and losing 2 load locks...all we were out was about $500. A fuel surcharge was added that I wish could have been waived considering we only took an hour of time (including being dispatched)...but what can we say! By the time we were rolling our separate directions, my 1 hour timer still hadnt gone off! I really appreciate the service Pauls, and specifically Chris, provided. For Big Trucks needing help I would recommend them any day of the week...or hour in the day!

They are 3 miles away and its been 1 1/2 hours! I think that just about says it all. Improve your wait times and ask the lady that is answering the phone to stop mumbling or you wont get return customers.I originally was only going to give one star for the extremely long wait but once the driver arrived he was very nice and professional. I thought the wait was a little long and price seemed a little bit high. He did not work with me on price. I did not like waiting while the driver walked around my truck taking pictures for a wall of shame. I felt like getting me out ASAP should be top priority. I will try a different service next time.
