I have known Charles Miller for 3 years and he has always done professional quality work on my electronics whether it be my phone or storm chase equipment. He will go out of his way to help a person but I have actually witnessed him taking a mouthing by a very rude lady today for something that was her own fault. She brought it back claiming it had lines down the middle of the screen which can only happen by pressure being applied to the screen. She claimed she had not dropped it or sat on it. He understood that, he tried to explain to her that the warranty doesnt cover that type of the damage. Thats when she starts yelling claiming he ripped her off etc.She signed the agreement for him to replace her screen and it clearly says any damage to the screen including lines is not covered by the warranty. After some disagreement he finally told her he would repair the phone if that would make her happy even though it would take money out of his own pocket. She said no she will take it elsewhere. So she cant say he didnt try because he did. He is a 1 man business and in my opinion he runs it well. Another lady commented below that he was rude to her but what she failed to mention was she called after hours on Memorial day weekend and also he had just dealt with the death and burial of his precious mother. People need to understand that the world doesnt evolve around them and business owners have a life outside of work also. I dont know a person alive that likes to be called by their boss to work on their time off.

Had my iphone 11 screen replaced here & after 5 days my display stopped working for no reason and when Charles looked at it and pressed on the screen, lines and boxes popped up that he resorted to saying was due to being dropped or sat on (neither happened after the phone had been fixed). He would not fix it due to lines and boxes are not covered under the warranty. Charles was also very disrespectful to an older couple ahead of me and said “old people should not have smart phones” Just save your time and go to Apple who charges the exact same but has a reliable warranty.

I have had a couple of cracked screens and I have taken them to NBR and he has done a great job on repairing the screens. It seems a little pricey to me, but he is professional and does a great job. I definitely recommend him.

I called today to try and set up an appointment. It went to voicemail, so I hung up and talked to my husband to see if we should call somewhere else or call back and leave a message. My husband said to leave a message, I called back thinking I would get voicemail and a man answered. He greeted me and asked what he could do for me. I told him I broke my iPhone 11 max pro screen and wanted to know if they could fix it. Before I could finish he was extremely rude and said, “I don’t know why you didn’t get the hint the first time. I sent you to voicemail, we are on holiday.” And before I could reply I was going to leave a message he hung up on me.The way he spoke to me was completely uncalled for! I do not usually leave reviews, but this completely caught me off guard! I will not use this place and I do not recommend anyone who wants to be treated well to use them either.

Very patient even when busy and polite. He does a good job and very reasonable. I will always take my stuff to him.

I was trying to find a replacement part for a broken powered PA speaker and, based on a YouTube video, I took a long shot and called NBR. I spoke to one of the owners, Charlie Miller (who had posted the video). Even though I live in TN and he knew it would make him no money, he went over and above to give what help he could with advice and hand drawn diagrams of how to repair an obsolete part. Many thanks!

I brought my phone in to have the cracked screen repaired, he was able to fix it that day and quickly. The next day when I was texting the screen was acting weird, I would have to touch a letter like three times to make it work. When I brought my phone back in to have him fix it, because he said he warranties his work, he tried to blame me and said that I must have done it and they he could try and fix it but it would cost me more money. If you do use him do not expect him to hold true to his guarantee of his work.

Just to correct a negative review from Meghan, we did discuss your problem with your repair and I felt the need to respond. Your phone was brought in initially with a very serious drop flat on a hard surface, we cannot determine every problem with the phone only the ones that are visible. Your phone screen was tested by you when you picked up the phone, everyone agrees with the terms of the warranty when they sign the paperwork after testing.The phone was brought in days later with a LCD / Digitizer separating from the glass about a half inch into the screen. (This type of damage can be caused from excessive force applied to the phone removing it from a bumper case, or sitting on the phone in a back pocket etc..) I told you that we could install a new screen again at no cost to you but that we would have to send that display it to manufacture for testing, if they determine that it was damaged they would bill you for the diagnostic. On our warranty contract it states that screen separation, lines and bars, cracks or chips in the screen void manufactures warranty! Remember: all customer phones are tested with the customer upon release to ensure that everything is working properly. Everything was working properly when you picked up the phone. Manufacture Will not warranty a damaged part.

My husband was going out of state to work and needed his earpiece repaired an hour before the shop closed and the shop owner got him in and didn’t charge him very much. We will use this place again for our cell phone repair needs

Dont waste your time with a screen repair at this location!You are better off seeking out a certified repair location for your particular phone. This repair store has written clauses into their repair contract to cover the known deficiencies of their sub-quality screens such as separation.The proprietor was rude when the screen he placed on my phone failed. I inquired about the screens being OEM and he outright lied to my face and told me even Apple does not use OEM parts. When I wanted the defective screen fixed....he was quick to blame me for the damage. Accusing me of taking it in and out of the case, dropping the phone etc.

Great customer experience and cheapest around

Screen cracked under student screen protection put on by technician just two days after initial repair. Phone had several air bubbles under screen protection and we were trying to release protection from screen and it just cracked in several places. Not thinking an official apple replacement part used for this repair. The cost was $98.00 for replaced screen that again cracked under screen protection applied by tech two days later.

I was referred to NBR by Radio Shack in Bartlesville and couldnt believe how fair the prices were! Half the cost of the other competition in town. Replaced my iPhone 6s charging port in one hour! He even worked past closing just to make sure I could get my phone back without waiting an extra day.Cant beat this kind of price and wonderful customer service!
