James is simply the best IT guy around. Attorney McGee has been a client of his for many years and as his legal assistant, I have come to rely on James as well. His response time is more than satisfactory, works us in his schedule as quickly as he can, and certainly knows his stuff. I especially appreciate the remote service that he is able to access regarding system or internet emergencies since our office is not close to him. He also takes the time to explain what is happening and why, options if we need them, and questions answered, so we are fully informed. All that and he is great guy to work with.
