We drive older vehicles, so we often need more than just an oil change. We have always been quite pleased with their work. They are very patient and thoughough when I dont understand a service that is needed and they stand behind all they do. They have kept us as loyal customers for over 10 years and we expect they will always be the ones we go to. In fact, a couple years back we experienced car trouble while on vacation and our first thought was to call Jays Automotive and see what they recommend we do. They took the time to listen and were able to diagnose the problem over the phone and we were able to do the repair ourselves and get back on the road and enjoy our vacation. Thanks Jays!

I would not recommend Jays automotive to anybody they over charge and they tried to tell me things about my car was not true, I went to auto school at BCCC and WSU, I took my car luxury import in Wichita, KS they did a good job

Dean is an awsome person to work with. He truly cares about his customers and their satisfaction. The support staff is extremely helpful. I wouldnt take my car to anyone else. They are honest and upfront about what they can and cannot do and dont try to force unneeded repairs on you. I dont know much about car repairs and with Jays, I dont need to. They take great care of me.

Took my car in for a job i was told it would only take a day. 4 days later the job still wasnt done and it severely inconvenienced me. If i had known sooner that it wasnt going to get done then i would of scheduled somewhere else and had the job done by now. They are nice people but i still cant drive my car a week later.

Ive been going to Jays for over 20 years and I will always go back to them. They have gone above and beyond what is expected from a car shop, teaching Girl Scouts about car maintenance, being a long-distance mechanic for a daughter, and never too busy to answer questions. I am treated as family, and they are always looking out for my car, doing what is necessary, and keeping track of what needs to be done and keeping me informed. They are ALL the best!!

Excellent customer service and very friendly. However, my experience was more trouble than it was worth. I had my AC blower replaced and had to come back in because a small piece of plastic was caught in the new fan. One of my passenger side doors was also damaged while in the shop and was covered up with touch-up paint without my knowledge. Jays worked with me to make sure both situations were remedied at no cost to me.

I had previously spoke to someone about bringing my car in and I had asked how much diagnostic was and I was told that it was free I never took my car in because the issue was taken care of through the dealer. Well, the other day I made an appointment online, had to have my mother take it to the shop and when I went to pick it up I was told it was $60 when they played the guessing game. I dont mind paying for diagnostic, but the fact I wasnt told in the email when I sat the appointment, my mother wasnt told when she dropped the car off, and I wasnt called to be made aware of the fee is very unprofessional. When I mentioned this to the guy he said I have a copy of the email I explained it wasnt in the email he said well idk its $60 didnt even attempt to look into or anything. He didnt explain the work he put was needing done either, one of the things I already knew, but the big issue I brought it in for he said this is what we think it could be....... Fast forward I didnt trust that answer took it to another mechanic they told me that issue is covered through a special warranty and that I needed to get in touch with a GM dealer to service it, wouldve been nice to know that with the $60 I spent at this place 🤦🏼‍♀️

I have gotten work done here twice, first time was a great experience.This time very poor customer service. My wife called to get warranty work done, they told her that it would be a week. I was in another state and had to be back before the time estimated. We were forced to take it somewhere else. When I called Jays to find out what was going on he in a round about way called my wife a liar and did not even offer to pay for the part even though they replaced it 2 months prior. My family and my company will not take our car here again.

Serviceman actually explained what needed to be done and what didnt. Friendly. Saved us a lot of money on unnecessary repairs.

Costed me about 800 in repairs cause they forgot to put a washer on a pully causing the belt to keep coming off, they knew what they was doing just to keep costing me money

Told me they could fix my car, charged me, but did not fix the problem, they wanted more money to do more work after, charging me for unnecessary work that didnt fix anything , feel like I was ripped off. Car runs the same as it did when I took it in so why was I charged anything ,

They will charge you for appraisals without telling you upfront. I was charged $95.75 for them to check my airbag light... they had many opportunities to notify me, but they waited until I arrived to pick up my car... a little disheartening.
