I purchased a Kenmore 80 series, from possibly the original owner, and after some time it shimmied and shook! I was able to find the parts, order them and ship them. The website was great at helping me figure out what parts I needed by showing me diagrams and pictures of the washing machine.
Repair tech was on time, and courteous, but did not solve the problem.
L did not have an appliance repair from Sears. At first l was told December 23rd but then told December 31st. l sure hope they show up on December 31st. l am still waiting. Janice Cranor
