I hate to give poor reviews but in this case I feel I have to say something. Ive always known I pay too much for the green but this has gotten out of control. I had to repeatedly have my tractor brought in due to incomplete service. They have a new service manager that doesnt understand the mechanics of a tractor and doesnt have a good memory. SO be ready to repeat yourself and I suggest you ask for them to repeat back the work requested. They jacked up their prices over the last couple of months ... so if they werent ridiculous before they are now. I will say after much discussion they were willing to work with me on the repairs and transportation of my tractor. Management is just a Queen Bee, the Little worker bees are great people.

Low inventory. Didnt have what I wanted. Told me 4 week delay. Kubota down the road had more inventory and had what I wanted. Good price also.

Way to EXPENSIVE on parts, ordered online way cheaper less then half of what they wanted for parts

Parts department is horrible. I needed a hose. I gave then a year and model of a John Deere excavator. Gave them the length and showed then a picture of the hose on the equipment. They ordered it. It was wrong. They said they cant do anything about it and i should get the hose somewhere else or have them try to order again.

Bought a mower from them, several years ago. LA135. When i need service, they take care of it. Next time i need a mower, i will purchase from them, once again.
