Every employee was so professional and I felt very comfortable during the xrays and didnt have ti wait very long

I was 5 minutes late and they took me in as soon as I sat down they called me back what a awesome place the technician talked me through the process it was easy and refreshing.

Amazing customer service and they work fast to get you in and out! My now go to X-Ray place! Worth the drive!

Main Street Imaging we’re great. I walked in maybe five minutes after lunch. They had me in and out within 15 minutes for x-ray on my wrist. 100% recommend

Much to my delight I found the bumbling, rude, men from the Barstow facility have been replaced. The new women in Barstow were cheerful, efficient and had their jobs well in hand. I will be happy to use this facility again since the clowns have left town with the circus. A big thank you to management!

I am impressed, there is still a medical office to go to where you are treated like a person instead of a number. I was treated quickly and professionally by the receptionist and the technician. Kudos

I needed a quick chest xray as part of my preop. (I thought my surgeon would be doing it in his office when they would do an EKG.) I walked into Main Street Imaging with my prescription, just printed from an email. They said it could be done in about 10 minutes (they had all my needed medical information since I had been there a year or two prior). I was in and out in less than 10 minutes .

Everyone was very nice and professional. The ultasound tech was willing to check me even though she was not sure if I had waited long enough. I was lucky and was still able to do the test. Trust me when you have to have a bladder ultrasound, you really do not want to reschedule and torture yourself twice.

200% improvement over my last visit a few years ago. An entirely new crew, very friendly and professional and not hostile and argumentative like the last ones I encountered. In the past I would purposely drive to Apple Valley just to avoid them but now its a pleasure to use the Barstow office.

They went above and beyond for me today. I was seen in Barstow which is far for me. Nonetheless I enjoyed my early morning drive. I was off from work and my doctor wrote my request form wrong. However, the young lady at the front desk was amazing. She called my doctors office and got a verbal okay to change it. The young lady who did my screening was amazing too. I would definitely budget visit or go there again to get any screening done. They were very polite and professional 😄👍!!

Horrible experience! Went in for X-rays of multiple body parts so could not schedule an appointment. Walked into office with every seat full and several patients waiting outside. There was no sign in sheet. Then the printer was not printing. Then the computers were freezing. By the time my paperwork came up the lady not so kindly informed me of the 1 X-ray I was there for. I politely informed her that I was there for multiple X-rays and she said no you’re not just the 1. I didn’t argue with her as it had been well over an hour. I called my dr office to confirm the X-ray order and was informed of the multiple X-rays they requested. The lady at the desk then said oh I see them now, somebody must’ve put them in wrong. A patient who arrived after me for X-rays was seen before me. And I had to subsequently call my dr office again to have them fax the initial request in again because the lady didn’t see 1 of the body parts that I named. Next time I’ll just make the 20 minute drive to Apple Valley/Victorville and will still be done and back in less than the 2 hours this appointment took. 😡
