We were stuck on the road with a flat. After getting it changed we looked for a tire store close to where we were. Thanks to a Google search we found this gem in Barstow. Very helpful over the phone to get to them and once there, they are the nicest people, got a replacement tire for a fair price and were in and out in less than a half hour. If you ever need tire service in this area I highly recommend them for your tire needs.

These guys are amazing! Their customer service is unmatched. Eric did everything he could to make sure I got what I needed over the phone and double checked their stock to make sure they had the tires I needed and when he saw that they didnt have them he made sure that they would have them the next day. They also do quality work and they do it quickly too even when they are pretty busy with a lot of customers. Highly recommend these guys will take care of you.

These guys are AMAZING! We had a low tire pressure alert, I know nothing about cars and didn’t really want to try and do it myself at a gas station, so we drove here, they were so nice and had us back on the road in literally less than five minutes. I would go back here in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Very awesome place. I thought I was going to have to cancel our camping trip because of a blown tire. Came in on Monday, but they didnt have my size in stock. I have 35 in tires. They went through a bunch of different tires with me and said they can get them the next day. Got a call on Tuesday saying the tires were in and drove home Tuesday night with new tires installed. Great bunch of guys that treat you right. I would highly recommend.

Has a bad blow out on my new 2021 Toyota Corolla, less than 8,000 miles on it. Had AAA change to tire to donut. Went to Barstow toyota, they didnt the tire. They sent me to Americas Depot I was in and out in less than 1 hour. Thank you very much for the fast, friendly,and great service 👍 😀 😊 👏

Was quoted a price on the phone and when I arrived at the store the manager remembered me and honored the price. Everyone I came into contact with was very nice and helpful. I also needed a battery. When the manager looked at it he said they didnt carry that type. He said that it was an auto zone battery. When I went to auto zone the battery was under warranty and I didnt have to pay anything. With the service and help I received at American Tire Depot I will shop there again.

Very poor Customer Service. Computers are down so they are unable to sell tires. You think they would have a backup plan for things like that. Gentlemen at counter is rude and not friendly.Went down the street to Rock Tires! Fast and friendly.

I had an emergency situation while in Barstow. My son had just graduated and we were driving home from San Diego to Colorado with all his stuff in 2 cars. We stopped in Barstow for a quick break, when I clipped a high curb and blew a tire. Because I have AWD and my tires were near the end of their tread life that meant buying 4 tires, or spending a ton of time trying to find a very worn 18 tire just to get home. Randy gave me a very good deal on 4 new tires and his guys were able to get me in right away and get us back on the road fairly quickly.Good chance Ill never be in Barstow again and let alone needing tires and Im sure Randy and his guys knew that. But they really helped me out with a good deal and fast service when someone else could have easily taken advantage my tough situation.

When in 3/30/2021 and got an oil change for my Kia and they were done within the hour. Since they were helpful I asked about my other car and my car was seen and repair that same day. Great customer service and the two gentlemen in the front are very friendly and attentive. Thank you again👍🏽 any future things I can’t fix myself I know where to go now!

Arrived with nail in tire and tech discovered a broken CV axle. The part was sourced and installed, the tire fixed, fluids and other tires were checked, and we were back on the highway to continue our trip North in less than 2 hours. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond.

Even being short staffed, they got me in right away and changed 4 tires and did an oil change and changed the filters in 2 hours. I think thats great even when garages arent busy. Very friendly and informative staff and great prices.

Everyone was really polite and respectful. I was able to give my concerns and the gentleman at the counter made me feel heard. The man who worked on my car showed me my tires and what needed to be done. I truly appreciated that. I am from PA and move to CA had my car transported My car had some problem when it arrived. I went to American Tire Deport to find out what was wrong with it. These guys were great found the problem and fixed it for me. The price was great!!! I also decided to buy tires, got a great deal from them. I would recommend them. The mechanic was great he knew his stuff!

I did a walk in on a busy day for an alignment and they found time to get the job done. The whole staff is knowledgeable and curtious. They seem to do all kinds of vehicle work outside of just tires and suspension, so just ask.Also, parts and labor cost $$$, dont expect their prices and quotes to be free! All of the quotes I overheard given to other customers for parts and labor were spot on.

We had a road hazard that caused a shreaded tire on way to San Diego. We needed to find a Tire place and the Tow company recommended American Tire.What started as a stressful situation for us in a city we had no knowledge of any business soon turned into anOutstanding experience start to finish. Great service. They had the tires I needed in stock and for the same price as other places without having to wait 7 days for delivery.

Had a blowout on our trip. Put on the spare (low air of course ;) ) and stopped in Barstow to replace the tire and air up the spare. Was completely expecting at least a 2 hour wait as we didnt have an appointment. Randy and team got us a new tire, swapped the spare, checked pressure in every tire and has us back on the road in just over 30 minutes! Plus the friendliest customer service you could ever hope for. A true gem in the desert!

My stepdad Herb made an appointment for me to get two new tires. I arrived early and to my surprise American Tire Depot had my hard to find tires in stock! They gave me a great price and a fantastic warranty too. It took the technician less than 10 minutes to mount, balance and install my new tires. Great job guys! I’ll definitely be back!

Excellent service that was quick and professional was the perfect remedy for a family on a road trip with the unexpected challenge of needing to replace at least one problematic tire. All of them were on their last 5,000 miles so I decided to just buy a new set. Their prices are as advertised in not being able to be beat. Sure its an in-house brand, but they appeared to be good quality tires and as mentioned, the guys there were awesome. We were quickly back on our way, and definitely know where to go if we have any future tire concerns when visiting Southern California.

I blew a tire on I-40 about 20 miles east of Barstow so I put my spare (doughnut) on and headed for Barstow to buy or repair the tire. When I arrived at Tire Depot the tire tech, Francisco quickly took my flat tire and inspected it for me. He showed me why it was not repairable and arranged with the supervisor for a replacement. I was helped right away and within 30 minutes I was on the road with a good tire and the spare back in the trunk. I was very impressed with the service and since I was on the way to Long Beach for a job, time was of the essence. Thanks for great service.

Helped me out with air without a fee

I was very happy with the way they got my truck in and out.. very nice guys... Ive been coming to them for over 10 years...Guys were great!!

All good except one small hiccup...they had my 4 tires mounted and a 4 wheel alignment done in an hour and a half except they had to put the car back on the alignment rack twice because their printer wasnt working to give me a printout of the alignment due to lack of ink. On a positive note I was able to get a pic of the alignment computer screen.

My tires were delayed a day due to the warehouse being out of stock and they were about to be delayed the day I was supposed to have them installed, but barstow american tire depot went an extra step and made sure I had them installed that day.

Worst place to get tires,they attempted to overcharge me for tire balancing when we purchased 4 tires and when our tire was damaged and had a warranty they did not have any tires to replace the damaged tires that we bought this month for 750.00 a set. They appear to be predjudice..The heavy set latino is the person to watch,he is always at the counter and the person that told us that they had no tires and was the person to attempt to overcharge us...Beware...Beware..Beware...They are crooks at this location...Very very dishonest..
