I am a first time home buyer. I was lucky enough to be paired with Ann. She is truly a blessing. She is very responsive and caring. She has been so patient and understanding. She is dedicated to helping me find the home that fits me and my family. She treats you like family. I feel so secure that this big decision is in the hands of a real caring person. She is guiding and informative. She is honest and supportive. I definitely recommend her.

I called Christine Schendel-Jean who was the listing agent for a property in Apple Valley. It was a little after 4:30 pm yesterday. She asked if she could call me back in five minutes and I said sure. She was not in the least bit friendly and actually seemed annoyed with my call. No surprise she never returned my call. I realize that Apple Valley may not be her normal area for selling homes and that she may have been assigned this particular home, but to completely ignore a customer and outright lie about calling them back in five minutes shows lack of integrity in addition to rudeness and thoughtlessness on her part. Her most recent reviews were from 2018 on her profile and now I know why. Christine if you are reading this please do not call me now that I know who you really are.

They discriminate families who are trying to rent. It took them about two weeks to process our application. At first we were told we will be giving double deposit since we have no credit. FINE. That was letting us know we got approved. That was a Friday. Monday we went to the office then was told we were denied due to the fact that we have no rental history. This is our first time renting , we’ve stayed with family and just paid them for a room. (Many people do this) Me and my partners name have never been on a lease. So we basically got denied for no reason. We were told to speak with a supervisor , saying she will look at our application again and she’ll call back. NEVER CALLED BACK , it took my partner to keep calling and leaving voicemail. Finally got in contact with her and she still had no answer. Took her a few more days to ask for the number of the person we were staying with saying she will verify , NEVER did. The day after she texted saying we were denied due to lack of proof of rental history. again, WE’VE never rented before. We are a young family finally trying to get our place, and their reason for denying us is “no proof of rental history”. Wasted our money on application fees plus wasting our time. To me this was discrimination, as being a young family and government assistance being one of our source of income. Not everybody is irresponsible with paying rent , or messing up the property. Some people are just trying to do right especially when having small children. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Christine never returned calls or emails about house she listed. House sold already. She just guaranteed she wont be our agent as we buy our next 5 investments in barstow.

Anya Sanchez is the sweetest agent I ever had the pleasure of meeting she help me sell mymhouse when my buyer fell through she found one and sold in weeks thanks Anya you help was greatly appreciated

Giving a two star for the office lady she was super sweet. For our person wont name names that helped well not help us. We contacted them about a house for rent. Told her everything on our credit and also said we are working on our credit since it isnt good. This person told us oh everything is fine you will be approved bla bla bla. This started on a Monday looked at the house put in our app the next day $50 mine you. Then waited to hear from her. Well this person called said rented didnt like our history thats fine but she then said let me talk to them I am sure they will rent to you once I explain everything. That was Wednesday now its the following Monday and no call nothing. So I called this person. Now she tells me owner said no witch ok but this person had that info last Thursday and this person couldnt have picked up the phone and called me. Now we are still in a hotel and no where to go since that was what we were waiting on.

Couldnt choose a better Real Estate office.
