I had a unique tax problem that I had been dealing with personally for years. I called and talked to Chris and shared the details of my situation. Then Chris did something I never expected. He said I had followed the proper procedures and that there wasn’t anything he could do differently than I did, and then offered me free advice on what avenues I could take. It would have been extremely easy for him to take a retainer from me and drag this process out for another 6 months to a year. Instead he was upfront and honest with me. I dare you to find this type of honesty and values in a big corporate law or accounting firm. I highly recommend Chris and his company to handle your situation or at the very least be honest with you and to keep your best interest in mind.

This place is great. I’m a first time home buyer and decided to stop using free tax preparation services (which requires a lot of guess work). Chris takes out that guess work. All I had to do was send him all my tax documents and items from a list he emailed me and sign one single document that I could do electronically. Using their tax service guarantees me that I’m not overlooking any possible areas of opportunity in my refund. Best part is they save everything needed to file with them the following year.
