Regarding agent Kimberly Schmidt ...My story begins with a contract signed June 8, 2020 between myself as the buyer of the property at 2769 Cascade Falls Elgin Il being represented by another real estate company and Kimberly Schmidt representing the sellers of the Robert Shaw Trust(his daughters)10 days later I was notified they were cancelling our contract because they received a cash offer and earlier closing date!!! My mortgage company guaranteed July 10th just 10 days later than the cash deal of June 30th! What good is a signed contract between parties when something better comes along???Isn’t a deal a deal anymore ???

Dont go anywhere else! Heres my story about Sherry Schroeder and Remax of Barrington.I listed my home with an agent in another office. It sat on the market for six months with only 2 showings. When my listing expired, the agent wanted me to re-list. I told him no way.A dear friend suggested I call Sherry Schroeder, an agent with Remax of Barrington.
