Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and keep our pool and hot tub safe and clean. If you ever have any urgent issues they are on top of it immediately. I highly recommend AquaOne as your go to!

Fred came to our rescue as our new pool pump was defective and we needed to purchase another one ASAP. He agreed to meet me in the evening (off hours) to give me the pool pump and also talk me through different things that were needed for the setup of the pool pump! We bought our house in October after the pool had been closed so we couldn’t check it out before we made the leap. We loved the house and figured we’d just fill it in if it turned out to be a disaster. That spring, I called two pool companies that offered to come take a look for fees starting at $150. Then I called AquaOne and Fred, the owner, answered kindly and offered to come over and have a look free of charge. While our pool turned out not to be a disaster it has been high maintenance at best. We’ve had to replace nearly every old and malfunctioning piece of equipment. I’m so grateful we found AquaOne to take care of these repairs and the well-being of our now dearly-loved pool. Everyone at AquaOne is so nice and knowledgeable and always willing to take the time to explain everything pool related to this novice. They even came to the rescue when the guys installing our fence accidentally dumped a wheelbarrow full of cement into the pool. I highly recommend this Barrington company. Fred took the time to come inspect the pool at the house we were looking to buy and provided some guidance on the maintenance required. After closing on our new house, he had his team out promptly just before the 4th of July to start repairs. Cesar was awesome and not only did a great job on replacing the filter but even in short notice fixed the pool lighting. He was patient with my many questions and took the time to review general water treatment plans and cleaning instructions with me! Aqua One is the best pool service weve had in 30 years of pool ownership. Freds crew came out and in one day diagnosed and repaired return line leaks, cleaned, treated, and filtered the water to nearly crystal clear the same afternoon. Crew is friendly, helpful, professional. These guys rock.

We met with Fred on July 10th and sent a follow-up email on July 19 and again on July 26. It is now August 15 and we still have not heard back from Fred nor do we have his proposal. Unfortunately our window of time to evaluate proposals is over and we need to move forward with another company.
