Friendly and welcoming. Great service and thorough threading...never rushed. You cant beat the monthly plan. It is worth it for me since I have my full face threaded, including brows and lip, on a regular basis. I can go as many times as I want for this service for 1 monthly fee. Highly recommend it.

POOR SANITATION. I walked in for a threading and the man behind the counter, was in the process of handling money from cashing out a previous customer. He told me to have a seat. I watched him immediately walk over to do the service. He never washed his hands. Of course, I wouldnt let him and walked out after telling him why. Given that they have multiple salons, it was surprising to me how UNSANITARY their practices are.

Honestly, very kind tech. However, it took so long to have them done, she kept having to make adjustments and I felt a lack of confidence. I also feel as though they came out thinner than I had ever had them. Very kind, but not what I wanted or expected....

Only place Ill go to get my eyebrows done. I highly suggest getting the monthly membership, its inexpensive and very worth the value. Plus it not only includes eyebrows, but your entire face.
