Andrea is extremely knowledgeable, and one of the things that makes her so valuable is her ability to communicate the information you need to hear and understand! I have attended seminars that she has presented at including one about How to do business with anyone. Understanding different communication styles and adjusting. She has a unique ability to see where you are and what your trouble spots are, and give you the information & words to move you to where you need to be. I have recommended her services to those I know, and she has helped me as well!

Andrea was great! She came to talk about effective communication at our public library for part of our inservice day! She took the time a few weeks before to talk to me about the main issues I thought we were facing as a staff and as a team, and made sure to create her training around those issues. The training was interactive and engaging, which lead to lively discussion and teamwork! After the training many staff members immediately started using what they learned in our team setting! She helped our staff understand how people think, learn and communicate in order for us to understand where misunderstandings can happen in communication.
