Their app is horrendous and I feel like they get stylists right out of school and are still practicing on customers. Its not hard to get a 12 year old boys hair cut right but yet I hate it. Im pretty much done with this place. And all Supercuts locations. I have zero faith in their skills.

My son gets his haircut here. It hasnt been bad but my wife needs to stand over the cutter to make sure its done correct. I normally get my hair cut on the Hill. My longtime cutter moved out of state and Ive been unable to get a short notice convenient appointment with another.I decided to give Supercuts a try as I could walk in. About three months ago I got a cut there. The reception was good and the stylist was personable. She asked me what I wanted and whether i usually get a cut with scissors or razor or both. I stated scissors and I just wanted a trim, as my hire was messy and nothing too short. She proceeded to use bothscissors and a razor. I walked out of there with not a bad haircut, but one of the shortest Ive had in years. I figured Oh well, tll grow back. I returned two days ago with some reservations. All of the stylists were different than those that were there last time (mid-afternnoon, weekday both times). Same scenario, reception was pleasant, asked what I wanted. I emphasized twice that I just need a trim as it was getting messy and stated last time it was cut way too short. The experience was good and even got a warm towel at the end....but....this time it was even shorter than last time and the stylist even stated see its not too short.I dont know how or where the stylists are schooled, but it seems like they only know how to make one cut. If you want a basic cut theyre not bad and very affordable,. Why ask what you want if you dont listen? To get any kind of personal effort on what you expect, go somewhere else.

Staff was welcoming and I didn’t have to wait long . Best haircut I have had in a long time . It was a great experience.

My boyfriend went in for a simple haircut and left with his hair 3 different lengths, totally botched. The hairdresser didn’t ask him what he wanted, left his neck bald and the rest of his hair SUPER uneven and she was extremely unpleasant and rude to him the entire time. Do not get your hair cut here.

To whom it may concern,I have never taken the time to write a review however, I have been at this location several times. I have tried different staff for my haircut . Everytime, I am unhappy with my haircut. Its too bad! Its a simple cut. I left this location with several length, completly uneven cut, totally embarrassing which I went to a different shop to get it fixed.. I will not go back to them...even if I am 10 minutes from this location.
