I do not recommend them for online orders!I bought a Lincoln Navigator from them in February of this year from afar. They wanted me to pay in full prior to them sending me any paperwork (who does that??). Once I balked, they fedexed me the paperwork. Once they had my money, there was no communication or updates about shipping my car for almost a good week. Only after pestering them did Rick give me an update. When I received the car, I discovered a deep paint chip on the side of my door, a spot where there was cracking/spidering in the paint on my hood as well as a busted set of keys that was not disclosed to me. When I asked Rick about this, he told me to get the spidering and key fixed under warranty at my local dealership and that he would send me a tube of paint for the door paint chip. When I took the car into a local dealership, they said the problems were not covered under warranty (spidering due to chemical burn like bird droppings and the key being broken was due to it being dropped hard) and it was my problem. And sadly, I never heard from Rick again about my tube of paint he promised to send me.Did I receive I nice car? Yes. Did I think they did what they could to keep a customer happy. No. Would I give them business again? Probably not. Would I recommend them to a friend or family? Sadly, no, if you werent dealing with them in person. I wouldnt be able to recommend them for an online order at all. No follow-up, no follow-through, no customer service whatsoever once they had my money. Ive waited 6 months to write this review thinking theyd reach out to make it right. Sadly, once they had my money, it was on to the next guy in line.And top of that, they put a stupid decal to advertise for them on the back of my car that Im afraid of taking off lest I want to rip some paint off.

I called to make an appointment to see one of the cars. The girl that answer first thing she asked was how am I planning to pay for the car, cash she asked…I was thinking in my head lady I am not going to discuss that until I know if I even want to buy this car but no big deal I thought. The very next day they called me and told me the car I wanted to see was sold, so I asked if they had any similar ones and they said they had the exact same car, the same year, same everything except with MORE MILES but they wanted extra 8,000 dollars for that one! How does that work?! More miles but more expensive, the same car??? Oh and on top of that I found that car online from their store for that $8000 less…weird! To me that’s not trustworthy. I would not recommend this dealership. I don’t have time for games. I was looking to do business with them in honest way. Oh well, there are many dealerships to choose from. Very disappointed tho.

Helpful as to financing options as well. Most importantly, they worked hard to expedite the whole process. I drive down from Wisconsin to visit Motorwerks and was not disappointed at all. Sebastian was knowledgeable and extremely helpful through the buying process. I had my young daughter with me and they were certain to make sure we were both comfortable, they even went to the gas station and bought her a coke to drink. I appreciated the service with a smile I received that day and am in love with my new XT4!

Bought a 2017 Cadillac Escalade Platinum in 2018. After the sale, service was horrible for warranty covered items, had to complain multiple times to get a decent loaner while they tried to figure it out. Communication as to what was going on was terrible, had to stop by unannounced to get a response from anyone in service. Finally just stopped going to this dealer for service and went to another one. They still text me for service on my BMW, that I dont own. Terrible dealership.

Don’t walk, run away from this dealership!Complete waste of time with high prices and low trade.$8000 over kbb on a used truck with rust.$5000 less for trade than offered elsewhere.“One Price” no negotiation was a phrase offered.To make things fair, increase my trade in by $13,000. Thats my One Price.If you were truly an upfront, honest, transparent dealership, you would not have had me drive an hour to provide unfair pricing. I had shared twice prior to my appointment you were $8000 over kbb normal retail price.The kind of place that gives car dealerships a bad reputation.

Adam was a very personable person to deal with and he alerted me to some problems which I need to address before I take a trip to Montana so Im glad he made a thorough inspection of my car before he gave it to back to me EDIT: After I got to Montana the front end broke down and the mechanic pointed out several front bumper clips which were loose and should have been spotted at the time the engine splash guard was replaced. That, in addition to my prior experience 2 years ago, when the service writer at the time tried to charge me an extra 300.00 for struts, after they replaced them and I came to pick it up.

Rick reached out to me by phone today to discuss my lease maturing in December 2021. I let him know that I was working with another dealership to take advantage of the pull ahead program on my other lease and was scheduled to trade that vehicle in on April 30. Rick acted quickly, found us a much better vehicle, at a better price and had us come in a few hours later to complete the deal! The entire process from beginning to end was extremely easy. Working with Rick Ayash was the best experience we’ve had in the many leases we’ve completed with Cadillac! I cannot wait to work with Rick again in a few months.

I would not recommend this dealership. I had a horrible buying experience. I drove from out of state to purchase a vehicle and I was told I cannot bring a cashier check they wanted cash. I did not feel comfortable driving 20k+ 8 hours. They said that if they went with me to get a cashier check in IL that it would be okay. I leave early enough to go to bank to get a cashier check with the salesman and as we pull into the bank the salesman says no we cant do cashier check get cash and I explained again that I dont feel comfortable getting that much cash out especially in an area that I am unfamiliar with. The bank also wouldnt give me that much cash as I was from out of state and they still wouldnt accept a cashier check. We get back to dealership and They take at least 3 hours working on finalizing my finances and then they come up to me and say I have to go to the bank and get a cashier check at 3pm on a Saturday, so I have to drive 30 minutes to get a cashier check at some sketchy Walmart bank. I explained my rush as I had an 8 hour drive back home and a really bad snow storm was beginning and they kept trying to twist my arm to purchase additional items as they called me silly for not wanting to buy the extended warranty. After that a month goes by waiting on my tags so I call back asking the status on my plates and just so happens I get a call the next day from the company they use for titling and licensing vehicles saying they just received my paperwork from the dealership and my registration and license will be ready to pick up soon. The dealership in my opinion never sent the documentation until I called after my temps expired. The salesman also made me fill out the survey right in front of them and read my responses before I submitted. With all that being said be cautious of this shady dealership. After this review the GM did reach out and want to make it right for me and assured me that they do not do the business this way and he will sit down with the salesman to go over this incident and I feel as if he will help train them to do proper business. After my experience with Rick I think I would consider looking into this dealer again and would first go through Rick.

I received fair, honest and professional treatment with regards to my recent purchase of a pre-owned 2018 Cadillac XT5, 3.6L, AWD SUV. The vehicle was everything it was advertised to be.I received a fair trade-in value for my previous vehicle and excellent service. The dealer even filled up my gas tank. I also received a phone call from the dealer to see if there was any issues or concerns, and to once again thank me for my purchase. Izabela at Motor Werks was amazing. Actually the whole Sales, Finance and Auto center were amazing. My husband found his dream car on their website. When I called to see if we could see the vehicle I was told that someone had just taken it for a test drive. A little disappointed I completely understood what the outcome could have been. Instead the Manager Rick called me back within 10 minutes of me calling to tell me that he just got another vehicle identical to that one on the test drive into the dealership. When we got there Izabela had everything ready for us. We went straight on the test drive. Since the car just got off a truck we had to come back to pick it up after they detailed it. When we went to the finance department he has everything ready and we were in and out within an hour. The whole process was seamless and so far the best Ive experienced. If you are looking for a Cadillac please visit these guys. Everyone we met was amazing and super sweet.

So today I have left a 1 star review for a dealer we did not buy from due to their high pressure and deceptive sales tactics. However I am also leaving a 5 star review for Motor Werks of Barrington. We drove from 5 hours away today to Illinois to buy a car. The first dealership was so rude we got up and left. As we sat at lunch discussing what our next move was we found a car online at Motor Werks. We decide to continue our journey and checkout their car. We really wanted the Red Cadillac XT6 which we had seen on their website. We drove around the lot and could not find it. So we parked the car went in and found Greg sitting behind his computer. After a short discussion as to how our day has gone and that we were looking for this red xt6. It turned out that was out on loaner. Ugh……. So we decided to take a gray one out instead. While we were out on the test drive he worked with his staff to find out who the red one was lent out to and they went and swapped cars with them just so that my wife could see and drive the one we had seen online. Now if that isn’t amazing service I don’t know what is. To make the story short we drove the red one and decided that the gray one we had no interest in to start ended up to be the perfect car. Greg Barone handed us over to John Fusha their fill in financing guy and we were able to ask a million questions and he had every answer. I was on the fence between buying and leasing, money down, no money down. He worked every scenario until we found the one that fit us best.These guys were so helpful today after a month of shopping for a car and being disappointed multiple times it was a relief to find a dealership with a great inventory and salesman who just cared about helping us find the perfect car. Poor Service for out of State Customers. Even with a pre approval draft check from a bank I was not taken seriously and put on the back burner. The Website says Cadillac Excellent experience but this was not what I received. Possibly them boasting of selling the most units in the area caused me to be pushed to the bottom of the pile repeatedly. Be weary if you are an Out of State Buyer.

Awesome experience with Motor Werks Cadillac. I never write reviews but Rick Ayash, the General Manager, and Heriberto Perez of Sales, were the best. I live in Maryland and have never purchased a vehicle sight unseen. But, Herib was always available to answer my questions and Rick made sure I was comfortable with the purchase and keep me in the loop on everything. Rick even personally called to let me know when the vehicle was ready to be shipped. I received my vehicle when promised and in perfect condition. I would highly recommend Motor Werks Cadillac to anyone.

In November of 2020, we purchased a new Cadillac Escalade from Motorwerks of Barrington. The process was quite smooth.In late March 2021, I started inquiring with several dealerships on new cars.On 3/31, I reached out to the internal salesrep at Motorwerks concerning a Premium Luxury CT5 Silver 6 cylinder model. When I finally spoke to the internal salesrep, he mentioned a price of $45,000. After a few calls between the internal salesrep and the Manager, they indicated that was the price for the CT4 not the CT5. They did not provide me with the CT5 price because the Manager tried to sway me into a concierge vehicle, which was not what I was interested in.The gyst of this story is that at 5:30 pm on 3/31 I emailed the inside salesrep to ask him what the price was for the CT5. He indicated $46,500. I agreed on the price of $46,500. The paperwork was started and I was told that the vehicle would be delivered to my house sometime after 7:30pm on 3/31. This seemed like a very nice gesture as the dealership is about 20-30 minutes from my house. An email was sent to me asking for required paperwork, downpayment information and credit application and I returned everything by 6:30pm. It all went downhill from there.After not hearing anything from the dealer by 8:30pm, I called twice and left a message for the inside salesrep (we didnt have his cell#). An email was sent as well.At 10:30pm, my wife and I finally went to bed - hearing absolutely nothing from the dealership.We fully expected to hear something first thing in the morning. I emailed and left messages at the dealership several times on the morning of 4/1 (again, no response).Ironically, my wife took our new Escalade to the same dealership on 4/1 for an oil change. Her appointment was at 1:00pm. My wife arrived for a 1:00pm oil change and while waiting, went inside the dealership to ask about the vehicle and why it wasnt delivered and why we hadnt heard anything. The sales manager explained that the car we had thought we had bought (and was told/emailed would be delivered to our house the night before), was actually sold to someone who was physically in the dealership, supposedly unbenounced to the internal salesrep. The sales manager found another car that was about 2K more, but we were not going to accept that as this was purely a mistake on the dealerships part and felt we should not have to be penalized for their lack of professionalism. The sales manager told her that he needed to speak to the GM (Rick) in order to determine if this was possible. About 2 hours later, the sales manager said that he could not provide us with the same price and my wife said she would not buy the car and asked to speak with the GM. He was extremely condescending towards her, and when responding to the situation, basically said they were slammed the night before, he had been there until midnight, and couldnt get back to us. He said he cant hold cars and said that they sold that car to someone that was actually physically IN the dealership. So, basically, I deduced that customers IN the dealership are more important than those that they work with on-line.There was zero integrity involved in this entire sales process. The issue, I think, was that I had negotiated a price of $46,500 on a car with an MSRP of $54,250 and the GM didnt like it. He used every trick in the book (sold the car after selling to us, not letting us know, not returning phone calls, avoiding discussion with my wife, using immaature excuses and mostly humilating my wife). I regret buying our Escalade here, and would NOT recommend this dealership. I know this is a business, at the end of the day, but integrity, trust, and basic customer service should NEVER be compromised. I think Rick needs a few lessons in that area - customers are not the commodities...the cars are.I hope this email saves someone else our trouble. We are dumbfounded, worn-out, and feel pretty gross.

Nobody is perfect, there are always things to improve, so I never give 5 stars. I initiated contact on their website on a Sunday and was contacted the next day. I knew what I was looking for and had done my homework. Izabella called to answer any questions I had. I scheduled a test drive for later that day. It started snowing before I arrived so they had the vehicle brought inside and cleaned up. I thought this was nice as it allowed me to assess the exterior. The test drive went well, Izabella was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Upon returning she went over the finance options available. Once that was complete I met with the finance person and signed all the paperwork. They didnt try to push additional options on me and it was all done within 2 hours of my arriving. The last vehicle I purchased took over 6 hours and it was 1/8th the price. The only negative is the facility is old and walking to and from finance had to be done in the snow. Although not all of the sales desks are located in the same area so results may vary. They are also a no haggle place and I like a good negotiation, although I know a lot of people dont. Their price was fair on the vehicle I purchased though. I recommend visiting them if your interested in a Caddilac.

I had a great experience today at Motor Werks Cadillac. I have been searching for a 2018+ Jeep with specific specs, and one showed up on their lot, which is only 5 miles from my house. So I made an appointment with an associate Izabella. She had it ready to go when I got there. Took it for a spin. We ended up making a deal and I was on my way! Rick the GM was also very nice and the whole experience was smooth. I would go back here any time for my next vehicle. Thank you!

Horrible customer service. Not happy at all, financed a 2019 GLC43 to find out it has many mechanical issues after I left the lot and the check engine light came on & I called the GM he told me to bring it back that he would handle it all he did was reset the battery for the check engine to go off because a week later I was at OP Mercedes Benz getting my gas tank and other issues replaced!!!! Now to find out I can’t drive my truck in the winter because of the tires sold to me on the vehicle. I now have to come out of pocket 6K for new tires. DO NOT PURCHASE HERE THE GENERAL MANAGER IS NO HELP HE GETS THE SALE AND GETS YOU OUT 123.

I had a very nice time buying my car. My sales person Guillermo was very polite and patient. The sales manager Stefan was also awesome and very cool to deal with. Both were very cooperative and communicated well before, during and after my purchase. The final price was outstanding. I could not find a deal this good after searching for a better deal for 3 weeks. This was definitely worth the 1 1/2 hour drive to get there. Ughggg this place is dreadful. Sad facility and even worse management. How do they sell any cars in 2021 with their outdated style and building. I was looking at a pre owned car and the car buying process there was so outdated. I purchased at Lexus highland park instead. Much more modern way of business.

Horrible customer service. They get the sale & you’ll never hear back from them if you have any problems with your vehicle. It hasn’t even been a year and I’ve had over 5 problems with my vehicle that another dealership had to fix with my warranty. Including a check engine light, I drove off the lot 30 mins later the light pops up, Rick stated my GLC43 AMG was fine and that they resetted it because the car has been sitting. WRONG! I needed to replace a gas tank, and other mechanical issues. On top of that they told me they lost my other key & sold me only one after the sale was done. Oh & the cherry on top I currently have to purchase 6k in tires/rims after financing 70k just ridiculous. Rick the GM won’t ever contact you back via phone or email.
