Andy is the best! We ran into a tie up with another insurance agency. The agency we were using was not helping us at all with a claim. During this time I met Andy. I shared with Andy what was going on and he said he would look into it for me.After seeing the drive and passion Andy had to get things done we decided to switch over to his agency. Within a few weeks Andy was able to get things done and was able to get our claim filed and achieved.Our other agency left us hanging with no help, but Andy got the ball moving right away and exceed our expectations of an insurance agent.Thank you Andy!

Got inaccurate information on auto insurance policy where one is charged by the mile and ended up losing money. Insurance agent was not willing to give me any idea of how much my current vehicle is worth. Changed my legal name and they got my information wrong including my address which did not change. The hours listed indicate they are open on Saturday and it appears they are not.

Andrew is my insurance agent, with Allstate. He actually has two offices, one in Barrington and one in Schaumburg. I recommend and use him because I know he cares about helping protect me and my ‘stuff’...and he will also help you protect your things as well. I know this because he spent the time to understand exactly what I needed to protect, gave me options to choose from, and helped me understand to pick which one would put me in the best position. I would even think of using anyone but Andy McCauley Allstate Insurance.
