Car was dead when tried to go to grocery. Got car charged enough to get to Auto Zone before closing arriving about 8:30 pm. Assuming I just needed a battery. Put on engine check machine and told to shut off car. Was told sounded like starter possibly and battery looked good. Of course, my car was dead again when I tried to start. Ended up having to get car towed to repair shop. Found out after getting to a dealer it was only a dead battery. Not sure if due to poor service at store or that newer Fords (2017) are too hard to diagnose.

Well didnt have a good experience at this AutoZone the last 3 times Ive been there have made me order online at another competitor Azores prices have gone up.tremendously in storeAnd the customer service has been lets say very atrocious. I had ordered a power steering retutnhose while I was inthe store the store attendemt checked to see if they had it in stock they didnt said he could order it from another store said it would be there by 10 am the next morning,needless to say after 4 days of not getting the hose brought to the store on the 4 day the manager himself said they had no record of them ordering me a new hose in the inventory truck from any store or the company warehouse.so after all that I said well I told him they had lost a valued customer for over 35 years and I was done with them end.of story

My buddys brakes locked up just a short distance from my house. He was taking his 93 year old Mother home about 35 miles away.We couldnt get a tow or service. My neighbors offered to repair the van if we could get the parts.He called up to AutoZone, they had everything he needed. When we got there they had everything ready for him along with good advice for the repairs.My neighbors jumped right on the job.Within 2 hours of his knock on my door his Mother and he were back in the road.Good neighbors, good auto supply.

Great experiences at AutoZone recently. I have replaced two car batteries there in the past 6 months, and staff has been attentive and willing to help. Terry not only replaced my battery, but was responsive to my desire to learn about the process. He patiently answered my questions and showed me the process of replacing the battery. Thank you!

I didnt get the techs name that put my battery in for me,but he went above and beyond to help help me. He was very knowledgeable and professional about his work. Great job!

Be better if they had employees that were more mature and professional.

I have to hand it to AutoZone here. I previously left a frustrated review after the last visit, and within days AutoZone Customer Review Team contacted me and wanted to staighten it all out.

Purchased a battery service was very professional and polite sales was very helpful and friendly, my only concern is there prices are extremely high for a standard battery 5 years warranty.Subsequently to this purchase On 12/11/2019 When checking on specific of the warranty I learn that you really dont have a 5 year warranty as they stipulated you only have 3 years and after the third year they give you credits towards replacement. When ask for a refund the manager became belligerent and stated we dont give refund after installing when I advised of legal recourse she said you may have your refund.

Any company is good when things go right. Today I got a wrong part which can happen as the computer did not show both versions. They took care of it quickly and reapplied the coupon to the new part. Great people working there.

Great place to go when you need a part right now. I was going to order brakes and rotors online untill I found out they do a combo discount when you buy both. It ended up being about the same price and I got a lifetime warranty on the pads at AutoZone.

I went to get a light bulb. Bill earlier in the day. He pulled light from inventory. Said easy to put in Put on counter with note. Plz install. Went up there. Some dark headed woman ran the bulb up. Then said we cant install went out and looked at car. And said would take hour and half to fix. I left. Went to another store. Took 2 min. Case closed

AutoZone has mostly any part that you could need for your vehicle. If not they can have even more delivered from one of their locations in Louisville. Same day delivery if you come earlier in the morning/day and a very helpful staff.

I have been shopping there for a long while like most in town. That service istn bad, but could be better. The prices really need to be a bit lower. The workers are nice, they do help the best they can with what they have.

The customer service was great. Prices are responsible. I am most excited that they tested my old battery and installed a new battery for free.

Mitchell the Manager was great. The other staff have little to no working knowledge of vehicles, maintenance, tools, and products needed. Experience was poor until manager stepped in.

The employee said I dont know repeatedly when asked for help in buying an oil filter wrench. When asking if he could look at the car for a better idea of what we needed he refused. We went to Tatum Auto parts and they came outside, helped search the shelves and got us exactly what we needed. Will not step foot back in Autozone.

Well educate employees, using their know how to help you buy only what you need.

Tried to buy a set of front struts. Guy was trying to sell me one strut for the price of the pair. He refused to go and get the strut to show me it was a single and not a pair. Even their website showed it was a pair.With AutoZone, you have to go in knowing exactly what you need and what they have. Otherwise you are going to get ripped off.

They went well beyond what they were supposed to to make SURE i was well satisfied and i was honestly pleasantly surprised! Most places these days employ people that are lazy & couldnt care less-not so at the bardstown auto zone!

Dont order parts from them, theyll tell you they will be here by a certain time and then they wont be there, they wont have a tracking number and wont be to concerned about it. Do yourself a favor and find a reliable place to get parts.

Employees are just rude every time my fiance and I go there. They were also very rude to my step father. They speak about store issues in front of customers, and try to make it customers fault. They dont know a lot either. 90% of the time they give out wrong parts, making people waste time running back and forth to the store. Its just never a good experience when at this autozone.

I love Auto Zone I tell everyone to get their brakes here and other parts because they have an amazing lifetime warranty the staff seems a bit unhelpful and undertrained but not everyone some of the workers know what theyre doing

Will many times over the past few years theyll tell me they have a part I go down there they dont have the part in stock or they look at the wrong application of what I told him I needed also Ill look up online a part that you have and then when I call down there to see if you have it they do not try to even sell me that one they try to sell me a more expensive one and then they go oh thats right we do have this cheaper one some people are on a budget I do work for other people and I try to get them the best deal

I was pulled over on my way to Bardstown for my license plate lights being out. Once I got to Bardstown I went to autozone got the new bulbs! Went to install them and had no idea how to even get to the area to put them in. I went in the store and asked for a little assistance. The young man came out went above and beyond and replaced the bulbs for me! I am so appreciative of him! I was literally almost in tears! Hard to find an auto parts store that staff really cares for their customers! Thank you thank you thank you!

Non of the Employees on shift at time of visit were to say the least very UNknowledgeable or understand anything about import cars, ALTHOUGH THEY CLAIMED to.... thanks for wasting time.
