When Ann was there things were better. Now that she is gone things are awful. The caseworkers are rude and never respond to you. I do not understand how they still have jobs. It makes me wonder if they are working because of money or to help children who need support. I am highly disappointed in the services offered here. You all need to answer your calls and reach out to people who contact you. Better organization needs to be in place if you are misplacing important documents. I asked if my paperwork was received and was told by the caseworker that they were busy and needed to search for it. This was sent months ago so why are we now looking for it? I am highly upset and wish that I lived somewhere else so I could have better services for my child.

Nice ladies that work here. They take payments inside the office here or they can be mailed to Frankfort. Office is always quiet and clean.
