Nice folks but pricing is off the charts. Wanted $980 for 4 rotors and brakes. Got across the street at Auto Zone for $300 & had them on by end of day. If they would have said $600 Id have probably said go for it. Im okay with folks making a living but not making a killing. I want to support local businesses but that kind of mark up makes you question a lot. Again, nothing against the folks working there, they were all very kind.Edit: my apologies - my initial review my auto correct changed folks to fools. Please forgive my oversight in proof reading.

Horrible... So I had an appoint set 3 days out from the day I need it serviced. I need a front alignment and 2 tires. I dropped it off at the time of the appointment (which was at 12pm in the afternoon) called to check on my car around 3 and they said 2 cars ahead going in after them. Called again at 445 to see and they said they were doing it now and they had to get off the phone to service it. Then called at 550 and said that they were putting the tires on now they called me at 555 said that they didnt have tbe right size tires for my car and couldnt service my car. They had my car 6 hrs and just to tell me they didnt have the tires for my car. I could have took it somewhere else and got it serviced 3 times in that amount of time. So you make your decision on if you want to take your car here but I WONT be taking my car back here... So now my daily driving car has the same bad tires and I have to take another day out to get it serviced... No one understands that you already had more than half of the time of your business hours to service my car and didnt.. They would get 1 star for making the appointment thats it.im pretty fair on rating places and this is just horrible costumer service all the way around.

The wait was to long.I was charged a inspection fee which I didnt see until I got home..They never inspected nothing because when I was getting four new tires,I asked about my brakes and was told they never looked at them.How can you put on four brand new tires and not know if the brakes are good or not.SMH..

I scheduled a appointment for a oil change at 3:30. They said it would take about a hour. Well it’s 4:30 and they haven’t touched my car, not only that they are back there chatting away and another man has been here for 2 and a half hours. The people are nice but you will wait your life away and listen to the talk and joke around in the back more than working apparently. This is not the first time I had to wait but I have a foreign car so this is the only place I can go.

Great people and service. I would give them 5 if they would stay within the time frame given.

Walked in first thing at 7am needing a tire repair due to a nail puncture. Got me in and out in 30 minutes. Quick service. Will definitely be back and would recommend. Thank you for the quick turnaround and good service

Had an appointment scheduled at 10am to get a tpms sensor replaced that they messed up while installing a new tire on the wheel of my vehicle. When i first walked in guy at the counter was really rude to the customer in front of me, rude to me and rude to the customer on the phone had a blank expression and an attitude like he didnt want to be there. They didnt finish with my car until nearly 6 hours later after I had called there twice already being told they would be done soon. Had it not been free for their mess up I wouldve just took the car elsewhere and paid for someone to finish my car in a timely manner. Dont schedule a car at a time you can not meet, will NOT be going back!

They dialed my jeep in perfect.. fantastic service.. most people want to complain about bad service but they are great.. do not hesitate to go there.. they will listen to you and make it good.

We arrived out of the blue with an unknown problem 30 minutes before closing. He and the only mechanic on duty found the problem in 15 minutes for no charge!

I brought my fleet vehicle in for a slow leak on back tire. I also mentioned 2nd very slow leak that was year old. 3 different places have looked at 2nd tire and found nothing but Michaels found screw and now l have a new tire.

Would have given 0 star if possible. Took days to get in to get 2 new front tires and lineup. ( We could Will not mount used tires no matter how good). First time car was driven more than 5 miles it started popping and vibrating in front end. Two lug nuts were still on passenger front tire. One of studs broken off and I was 20 miles from town on very crooked road. Dont trust this place! Dangerous !!! We could have been killed due to the negligence of this business.

Got a full set of tires done there today and service was great and my drive is smooth now. thanks guys!

They replaced my tires a few months ago. Unfortunately I ended up with another nail in my tire but I had the road hazard warranty on them so they repaired the tire free of charge.There was a downside that they handled really well (and the reason I’m writing this review).During the process, they broke a stud off my tire (a mistake I’ve even done myself). I offered to cover 1 if they replaced them both but they went ahead and replaced both free of charge. Great customer ethic and managed to have it done the next morning even though they had to get the parts from Toyota!Thanks again.

Very friendly, helpful, and professional. All work has been estimated and clearly explained. And the finished job is completed with no future problems, rare in many car repair fixes. And if the est. was a bit higher than final amount the payment charged reflected actual amount. Very nice.

Tires Plus price matched a Tire Rack deal including road hazard. Thats why they are not getting 1 star. At speed the car had a shake in the steering wheel. I took it back to get the tires balanced and checked. The 2nd time I picked it up the vibration was better but still there. I ended up getting the tires balanced and mounted at Val Coomes Service Center. Sorry. Ill start at Val Coomes next time.

While they have fair prices and the workers are nice the service is absolutely terrible. I had an 8 am appointment for an oil change and have my tires balanced and rotated. I dropped the car off the night before and handed the keys to an employee. The next day I hadnt heard from them still at 2:30 in the afternoon so I called to see if it was finished. They stated that mine was next in line which was bad enough since it should have been done hours ago. Finally after I still hadnt heard from them at 4:30 I went to the store to pick it up since I figured it was completed. They still had not touched it and said it was next in line so I took my car and left. This is the not the first time I have had issues with their service but it will be the last.On top of that I reached out to both their manager and the corporate office. I was never contacted by either. This is the last place in Bardstown that you should take you car.

👎👎👎Wish I could give 0 stars! Went in for new set of tires. They put on 3 22570R16 and 1 25570R16! The larger tire rubbed the struts and almost caught the car on fire! Upon correcting their mistake, a card for free oil change was given. While redeeming the oil change, I was told it was good only for standard oil change. They charged me $15 for high mileage. One week later my vehicle broke down due to sensor being activated indicating low oil level! I would not recommend this company even to my worst enemy! ☹

I stopped by about 4 pm with my tire on the rim. I had just hit something and my tire was completely flat. I asked them to help me bc it was an emergency- I couldn’t even drive my car. The lady told me they were understaffed and couldn’t help me. I told her my tire was so flat I couldn’t leave. She said she’d give me some air and referred me to some one else in town- I knew where I needed to go-Thank you Big O Tire for saving the day!!

I wasnt blown away by the service or price. Pretty expensive for 2 new tires, they found some other issues they were supposed to fix as well, but they couldnt fix one of them. They were supposed to do a free alignment but Im not sure they could for some reason. It was between $700 and $800 for two tires and maybe something else, I honestly had no idea what they were talking about, still seemed really steep to me. They also said it would be finished one day and on that day they said it would be finished the next day. Its not that they did a terrible job, its just that I wasnt impressed either.

Went in for an oil change, had some issues with my payment but the staff was beyond patient and very helpful. Theres a reason I always come back to this location.

I have used this establishment for a variety of vehicles. I am never disappointed or overcharged. The staff takes time to explain what is wrong. They talk to me, not at me. As long as I am living in the area, I will take my vehicles here for maintenance.

Sent my mother there for a flat repair,she sat for 2 and a half hrs and never got seen..ended up leaving and went to Big O and was gotten right in and fixed with no charge . .Will not go back to this store unless they get new management...

One tire, dropped off the wheel, went to come pick it up and have it installed to replace the spare, multiple hour wait. Arrived at 8 as advised by the staff to avoid waiting, they basically do not care about your time. I will not be back.
