I had recently bought a cub cadet zero turn at Nelson county Implement. I was looking at the same mower in a different dealership. The other dealership wasnt helpful or knowledgeable on what they were selling. It was like more of a corporate operation and didnt seem like it mattered if they made a sale or not.At Nelson county Implement it was more like a hometown experience. They answered all my questions and were willing to bend over backwards to make sure I was satisfied with the mower I bought. Thank you. I would definitely come back and highly recommend doing business with these people.

Theres a reason this place has been in business for a very long time & thats because of their Fair prices & Fantastic customer service and anyone who says differently must be a difficult person to deal with.Being a small family owned business Ive never had an issue in the half dozen times Ive been in there over that last few years & never have I ever waited more than 5-10 mins max to be waited on by anyone.I bought a zero turn Cub Cadet mower 2 years ago (2018) from Nelson County Implement & this year I was ready to move up to a larger deck size. Roy & his team went out of their way to quickly pick up my old mower, evaluate it & gave me an excellent trade in price on the purchase of the new larger mower plus delivered it the same day.I would highly recommend Nelson County Implement to anyone & suggest you give them a chance to earn your business,..You will not be disappointed !

Just purchased a used craftsman rider from them they treated me like I was buying a new one they even put a hold on it over the phone without a card number. Even though I live in Louisville I will go there if in the market for another one. Very friendly people.

We bought a new zero turn Cub Cadet from them last year.. It ran fine and we were treated well up until there was a recall last fall. They picked it up and fixed the recall and it hasnt ran right since.. Called them this spring and they came and got it again. Charged us $ 177 for a $1.80 part and said it was the gas.. It still wont run right and we are having to PAY someone to mow our grass! This mower cost around $3000 and are going to call someone else to try to get it fixed..

Very professional had the part I needed and very fair price. I got a 30 inch 3 in 1 riding mower blade couldnt find this blade any were else.

Would recomend. First time customer, the staff here were very friendly and knowledgeable. They did not try to upsale on unneeded parts. They changed the mower blades in just a few minutes, and we were on our way. They also beat the prices of another place we had checked with earlier in the week. Definitly go here, they will take care of you and your mower!

I have my own lawn care business and decided to take my cub cadet to the Nelson Co implement to get it ready for summer. I bought my zero turn there 2 yrs ago and wanted them to service it since I bought it there. I am very disappointed in the service that I received from them because when I picked up the lawnmower it ran worse then when I dropped it off. I figured dropping it off there they would do what it takes to get your mower back in good condition even if it was a phone call telling me what they found and what it would cost. I paid over $400 and felt like they didnt do a good job especially them having to work on 3 different things when I was there picking it up. Went in to get a ZTR mower as a gift for my dad. The person that helped was nice and helpful. He didnt push us to buy any accessories or anything. We said we were there for a mower and that was what he helped us with. We got the mower delivered within an hour.

I was ready to purchase largest garden tractor cub cadet makes. I went in and waited for 15 mins and not a single person helped me. I walked around and sat on the one I would have purchased and came back in....still no one would help me. So I took my money elsewhere. I bought a real tractor from J & Ginstead.
