Horrible attitudes, receptionist extremely rude along with other staff that works in the back. If you don’t like your job get a new one! Nobody wants to come in to your negativity!!!!

Have to use this place to get a drug screen for nursing school. The first time I used them, the staff was rude band surly because I was having trouble producing enough urine for a sample. Today I arrive bladder full and prepared. I had called to verify that they were going to be open until 4:30 pm for testing. I was assured they would be. So, I rushed from work. Arrived at 4pm. When I finally got someone to come to the window totally to me, I was told to come back at 8am because they werent doing anymore tests for the day. They guy stated, I stopped at 4. I looked at the clock and said, You mean 1 minute ago? I drove 45 minutes to get here. No dice. Now my school has to apply for another test. Lousy service. Lousy work ethic. If only we all could stop doing our job 30 minutes before closing time.

The lady that was working there (I guess she was a student) was very inexperienced. It took them forever to get things going for me and the other patients. We had waited a long time. Then they messed up and drew my daughters blood out of sequence. This is a huge no no in phlebotomy. The main lady should have done it herself because this was a huge draw for many important tests. They mentioned they would need to throw away the blood. I was very appalled and they never even did a retake of the blood. I am worried my childs labs are going to be messed up. Then my child was very lightheaded afterward. They never even wrapped her arm with tight bandage tape. She bled too much and the whole experience was a disaster. I cant fathom what was going through the mind of the main lady and the other lady to let this happen.

I have used LabCorp at least 5 times. I have always been treated courteously and have never waited more than about 15 minutes. Blood was drawn painlessly. Definitely a professional.

They show open until 4:30, they lock up well before 4:30. They should post what time they close the doors. Very Very Poor, guess Ill try another day.

Very rude over the phone especially after it took me 7 attemps to get someone to answer. Will avoid this place just because of the nasty attitude
