I broke the handle off our 35 year old lawnmower. It wasn’t the first time. We have had it welded a few times. We searched the internet to try and replace it but as you would expect those handles are not available anymore. So we went to Lou’s to see if he could weld it for us. Instead he had the exact handle for our mower. Now our mower is just as good as new. Thank you so much.

Called just to see if my lawn mower was finished and I had the dates mixed up on when I dropped it off and apologized, the owner Lou was getting smart on the phone saying that if people keep calling me like you (and this was my 1st time ever calling him) that he could get his work done. I simply told him that customers are allowed to reach out to inquire about their equipment and told him to have good day.

Took my leaf blower in for repairs. They fixed it while I waited. Great guys good price. Thanks again

Had my riding lawnmower three weeks. Made lots of promises. Returned my mower un repaired. He made lots of false promises. He said his wife said I wanted the mower back unrepaired. Lies. Thank God I recorded all his promises.

This guy is an idiot I called him to get a part he told me he was open till 2 I drove from Akron to Barberton get this part got there at 1:30 and it was closed. I would never call him again or go there

I brought my lawn mower to Lou expecting to leave it for a minimum two days but he had it running in a couple of minutes. I was very impressed by his knowledge, integrity and honesty. Paid much lower than I had expected. I was so blessed and fortunate to find Lous repair shop. Thank you Lou.

Good people very fair

Disappointing given previous reviews. The repair took two days longer than promised, which wouldnt be a big deal if the machine was properly fixed. In an attempt to get the machine in twice, they cannot accommodate in a timely manner. Left with a sorry about your luck feeling. Small businesses thrive on service and reputation both of which I did not experience here.

Took this business to small claims court Barberton, OH. This is public information on the docket in Summit County, over a snowblower after the owner of the business denied doing business with us. We won a judgement against the business. Its been a couple of months or more and this business has not honored the judges decision by paying the court cost or the customers $75 judgement. For us, it was the principal. When a business denies doing business with you because they cannot find the equipment entrusted in their care. Was it sold? Was it trashed? Given away? I suppose well never know but were thankful the judge saw through the denials of doing business with us.

Lou has fixed all are small engine lawn equipment .also able to get oil ,part and batterys very friendly willing to go out of the way to help us THANK YOU !!

Very disappointed! Spent $600.for a complete tune up i was told i needed a new fuel pump 168.+ labor. Mower has not ran right since I got it back . Called them and they asked me if I could grab a couple of tools and he would try to talk me through it . That was not possible i was at work. Called back a week later to have them pick it up, I was told it would be 10 days before they could, cuz there busy. Thats a long time seeing I all ready spent $ 600. Then came all of the excuses. And yes I was in phone contact with them in that 30 day warranty . After having the tractor fixed by another shop I was told that they never put in a new fuel pump they tried to rebuild it.
