Amazing service !!! I Scraped my car coming out of my garage. Took lt to The Motorspa and when I picked it up lt was back to new!!They helped me with my insurance claim and helped me set Up My rental car. Highly Recommend!!

I got my car painted in March 2021. I can still see scratches and they were supposed to remove the dent on the drivers side. It’s still there. Horrible job. Lesson learned.

UPDATE:**If I could give this company zero stars I would!The response from the owner shows even more poor customer service! They did not address how upset I was with the woman I dealt with at the shop, nor being unsatisfied and disappointed in the service I received with the detail work. Just more excuses. Unbelievable. Terrible employees AND management!!!Go to another detail shop where they treat their customers with respect and do a quality job.**To start, when I arrived to my appointment, no one was there. I stood waiting outside for 10 minutes and I called several times. Once let in, I was greeted with excuses rather than an apology. I purchased a Groupon, which when a company advertises on Groupon, it’s always at a discount. The person working the front desk told me that I only purchased interior work; basic vacuuming and a wipe down. I told her that in the description, it said that a hand wash on the exterior was also included. I paid $89 for this Groupon, as my first picture shows. Posted on their wall explains services they offer and the Basic Lavish Package for $89 was exactly what Groupon advertised in their description. Nowhere on their website or the sign posted in their store does it say they even offer JUST a basic interior vacuum/wipe down. I could do that myself with a few quarters at the car wash! Why would I pay someone $89 to do that?! Also, as I mentioned before, aren’t you supposed to get a discount on Groupon, isn’t that the whole point? They falsely advertised themselves on Groupon and completely scammed me. The person at the front desk that I was speaking with had the WORST customer service I have ever experienced, and that is the main reason why I am writing this review. I asked her why she wouldn’t honor what I had purchased, and she said, “well, you can purchase an upgrade for $59.99”. What?! I already paid $89! Thinking I was getting a deal! But she wouldn’t even offer me their lowest package, which is also priced at $89! I also was not impressed with the quality of service at all…still has dust, dirt, hair and smudges left behind. I will NEVER use this company again. They have ZERO professionalism. Such a terrible experience! Going forward I will be going to a place someone highly recommended, which is Ganley Ford Barberton/Norton right down the street on Barber Rd. I called them and they were extremely friendly and helpful over the phone, and their pricing for interior and exterior detail, PLUS a wax is only $89.99.

Snagged a basic package from Groupon for $109. Boy, did they get me with that discount trickery. I would not recommend ever using this company. The longer I looked at my car after pulling away the more irritated I got. Im thoroughly underwhelmed and unimpressed. I was leery when I dropped my car off because the business looked janky and the employee I encountered didnt exactly look professional, but I wanted to let the results speak for themselves. Well theyve spoken and the verdict is two thumbs down. I photographed areas Im dissatisfied with that were covered by the package I purchased, but it seems thats not a part of the review process on Google. Ive gotten way better results from another company for only $130 with way more included. Thats what I get for trying to save $21 and support local business.

I bought a full interior/exterior detail for my small SUV on Groupon for $130. Scheduling was easy and the people were very friendly. I was supposed to drop off my vehicle at 11 AM but brought it early at 9:30 which she allowed with no problem. She stated she would call me 30 minutes before the car was done. I ended up calling to check around 4:30, and when I arrived just before 5, she needed another 15 minutes to finish up.Overall Im not thrilled with the results. The car was vacuumed and wiped and certainly improved from when I dropped it off, but lacked the attention to detail I hoped for. For example, half the dash was still covered with dust, there were drips down the side of the cupholder, and the front grill of the car still covered with bugs... just several places that had obviously not been noticed or touched. When I arrived, I pointed out some spots on the head liner that I wanted her to address specifically as she finished up, but either she did not, or was unsuccessful.Im still giving 3 stars because I realize I probably should not expect much more for what I paid, and the fact is I didnt have to do it myself (although I feel that I could have achieved the same results myself had I committed a couple hours on a Saturday). There was at least one other car there on the same day as my appointment, and only one girl that I saw working all day. I think its impossible for one person to do a full detail job of high quality on 2 cars in 8 hours. However, perhaps the company should not offer a promotion if theyre unable to deliver high quality for that price.

I cant say enough good things about Jessica and K4. i reached out out knowing i was a bit out of her preferred driving radius but she found time to fit me into her schedule and in less than a week she came to my home, right on time and did a wonderful job. i would definitely recommend and look forward to hiring her again. - D. in Twinsburg

Thus business should be zero stars. I bought detailing via Groupon and this business owner has never contacted me. I should have done more research about the business. Groupon will not give me my money back only some trade in voucher. I will be reporting the business and Groupon to Ohio attorney generals office as both businesses are ripping off Ohioans.

My experience with K4 has been uneventful, frustrating, and extremely dissatisfied. Was looking for a coupon for interior car detailing and found this deal with K4 that fit and sounded alright. After purchasing the voucher, getting a hold of Jessica Benner (Owner/Operator and only front desk assistant) was nothing short of a game of phone tag. Except, Ms. Benner refused to call back three consecutive days. After, finally, getting a hold of the business, we agreed to set an appointment for July 18th, 2017. During the conversation, we (my girlfriend and I) made sure that this service included shampooing of the seats. Ms. Benner assured that this service is expected with all detailing that they offer.So, as a happy customer, going to drop off the car for the service; it immediately went down hill. Rolling up to the empty garage, I met Joe(the car servicer). Joe was completely alone with a small vacuum and some car solution in clear spray bottles. Ms. Benner wasnt present for the appointment meeting, but Joe agreed that he is ready for the car and it was going to be about 3 to 4 hours. Fair enough, even though the garage seems to have no shampoo in sight.I strolled down to Als Deli (which is amazing, highly recommend them) to work on paperwork for the time of the service. Two hours into the service, I ventured down the K4 to check up on the car.... and there was Joe again, without Ms. Benner, working on the cars. Thinking nothing of it, I continued to work around town to wait for the finishing of the service.After the 4 hours, I reported back to K4 expecting the car to being close to finish. When I arrived, yet again, Ms. Benner wasnt anyway to be found. After inspecting my vehicle, it still had another hour worth of work left in the car. Dirt was still found in the seat of the front and back seats. Lifting up the thank you for your service paper I found more dirt that hasnt been cleaned out. Cup holders seems to be undisturbed in anyway. Dog hair was still found on the floor of the back seat. And a marking that was on the ceiling that I specifically ask to call attention to in the cleaning, was also undisturbed in anyway.To help Joe out, I decided to grab a rag and the vacuum to clean the little bit thats left in the car. Upon observing the vehicle more, dirt was still very much present on the majority of the floor, smudges on the car interior has yet to be wiped, and much vacuuming still needed to be done.After 45 minutes of my own work into the car, I felt just dissatisfied in the whole K4 detailing experience. The lack of Ms. Benner at all during the 5 hours I spent in Barberton that day, the incomplete work done on the car after waiting the necessary time for the service, the hiding of dirt in the car to show that it was clean, cleaning and finishing the car myself, and not paying attention to the marks that I really would have been taken care of before I arrived 4 hours after I left it.All in all, the car is clean---ish. I bought this service for a birthday present, so I was really hoping for professional service. Instead, its a small business trying to get off the ground who are still working on the small things in the service industry. If Im going to spend over a hundred dollars for the car to be clean, I kinda what the car to be clean... not half cleaned, not it looks clean, not smells clean, not we took care of the bigger things, but the small noticeable things that makes a service a service.... not a priority with this company.Easily could have done this myself with some armor all and a vacuum services found next to Swensons.Joe gave me a free car wash..... probably will never use it nor their services again until I inspect the facility again.Just frustrated.
