Before they came my shower working beautifully. After they replaced my water heater. My shower no longer worked. After 10 hours and an additional $900 they left. I soon discovered that they broke the housing that holds the handheld shower head.I would not be writing this review, however after contacting Nalls Pluming they didnt repair the damage that they did to my shower.

Extremely professional company. Came out quickly, took care of the problem with no issues, and did not overcharge. Highly recommend.

Did some sump pump work for us and did a great job, very professional, thorough and reasonable cost. Cleaned up the area after and they were very courteous too - highly recommend!

Called on a Friday to make an appt for Monday between 8-830am for simple toilet repair. Waited till 9am after no call/no show. Said it was a scheduling mistake. Not sure of the quality of work because they never arrived

Nall’s Plumbing exceeded our expectations. We needed all the pipes in our basement updated from the 100 year old galvanized to cpvc, as well as a new spigot installed. The crew was highly professional and courteous. They did not mind my younger kids watching them while they worked, and they even talked with the kids and made them feel important. They got the work done quickly and they came in on the low end of the quoted price range, which has never happened before with anyone we’ve hired to do work on our house. They cleaned up as they went along and while waiting for the glue to dry at the end of the project, they were even cleaning up mess that wasn’t theirs. Things like wiping off the top of the water heater and sweeping off the work bench. Just all-around great people in addition to being great at what they do. I highly recommend Nall’s Plumbing!

Had a shower and slop sink installed in our shop. Crew was on time and had job finished in time frame I needed. Great quality and no leaks at a affordable price. Highly recommend

Had 2 different plumbers out from this company. The toilet was clogged. First guy came out and couldnt figure it out. Second guy came out but did not have proper tools to install toilet correctly back to floor. Put a wax ring in with no flange and what do you know it leaked. They said they would make a third trip back to fix it. I went to home depot bought a wax ring with a rubber flange for good drainage and put it in. No leaks and ony took me 20 minutes and a 7/16 wrench. Not very professional. Hope they do better elsewhere.

Ive been meaning to write this review for awhile now. We needed a toilet replaced at a rental ASAP and Nalls Plumbing helped us that day. I was very impressed with the professionalism and politeness of AJ. Will definitely will be using Nalls again.

Called them when our water tank stopped. They came out the next day and had the new tank installed. Will definitely use the in the future.

Had to have an outside frost free spicket replaced. Aj showed up on time and replaced it extremely fast. Couldnt be happier with him or Nalls Plumbing.

I had a gas leak in my basement and had got a quote of $4,300 from Benjamin Franklin to replace all gas lines in my basement. I called AJ and he came out the next morning and looked at my issue and quoted me considerably less money, without even knowing what first quote was. I had them do the work, which they did the same day. They also took all the old pipes with them and did not leave for me to deal with. The most impressive thing was AJ called afterwards to make sure everything went OK with the gas company and getting service restored. So i learned two things: 1) I will never call Benjamin Franklin and 2) I will always call Nalls for my plumping needs. Thanks again guys!

Could not be happier with their service. They were responsive, showed up when they said they would and did spot on work. If I could rate higher I would.
