Amazing service! I was in and out very quickly and they’re always nice and professional!

Drove a little over 4 hours to look at a truck for 6k. Got there, the secondary lift pump was dangling from the truck and he couldnt get ruck started. If you buy a car from these guys look it over carefully.(no we didnt get truck)

Poor customer service. Went there yesterday stood there 10 minutes noone acknowledgd. So I said hi . 2 men looked at me and continued working. Stood there another 10 minutes. 1 guy said Ill be with you in a moment. Another guy pulled up. They acknowledged him. I stood there a few more minuted.. Nothing. Them I went to Ritzman Muffler was greeted as soon as I pulled in. Ritzman muffler best service. Total repair completed in the same amount of time standing wanting for budget muffler to even acknowledge me.

Absolutely wonderful customer service and very affordable price. I was quoted over $400 at another shop for a new catalytic converter and flex pipe. I came here and found out I didnt even need a converter and got my issue resolved for way cheaper and was very satisfied. I dont like having exhaust repairs or breaks done but if u need to, I take them here! Good customer service. There are a couple of chairs if you need to wait for your vehicle. Will tell you if they can do a patch Instead of replacing. The patches that Ive had lasted awhile.

I called into Budget Muffler at around 3:30pm, expecting to schedule an appointment, they told me to bring it in so they can figure out whats going on. I later found out that they do free inspection, so that was no problem. I drove in and was told everything wrong with my exhaust system, and what they planned to do to fix it.After the explanation, I purchased a muffler and flex pipe from them, and the total price was still under 300$ My system was so dismantled that I would have been charged more than 1000$ at any other repair shop. I was quoted two hours and it was all done in an hour and 10 minutes. All of the metal work and welding in the shop, which you can watch directly from the front office. They even have cans of coke for guests while you wait, which I found a pleasant surprise. I had a lot about my struts and rear stabilizers explained to me, which was extremely useful, including finding out that I had been more or less lied too by other shops.After the installation, my Toyota Camry went from a rocket engine, to a roaring cat. Its quieter than its ever been since Ive bought it. In conclusion, I came in for what I thought would be an appointment, and had all the work done in less than the time quoted. Everyone there was friendly, honest, and informative. Let alone that they are doing the work for more than half of what other silver tongued salesmen at other shops will try to get you to believe. My first time stopping in will not be my last.

Always excellent and prompt service. I got my muffler done here almost a year ago and have yet to have any issues. Also stopped by because I had a rattle under my car. Turned out to be just a small issue and was fixed in less than 15 minutes. Would go back again for future muffler issues. Owners and workers seem to be knowledgeable and fair with pricing.

I have a 01 odyssey that had a loud front pipe. I was searching for a place to get it repaired or if need be replaced. As I was driving by I thought give then a try. A very friendly african american man came out to the car and said they could fix it immediately for 65.00 They fashioned a new pipe to fit where the rusted pipe had been. The welding was done right. Afterward I drove away the car was wisper quiet. The guys were super friendly . I now have a f150 needs a muffler so I am taking it out this day. Very happy with the Odyssey as its been 6 months and the repair has held.

Ive had exhaust and muffler work done on multiple cars during the past five years. Rusty and his co-workers have always been super helpful. Theyre willing to cut out sections of a leaking exhaust system, and then weld in replacement custom cut replacement material. Theyre also gladly willing to install parts brought in by customers; for example - catalytic converters and oxygen sensors.

Knowledgeable people, excellent service, reasonable cost. Highly recommended to me and I do likewise.

Highly recommended - we had an emergency and were visiting from out of town. Family members all said great things, so we stopped in. They got us in within 30 minutes, showed us the issue and fixed it - fast and really inexpensive. The guys were friendly and they obviously know their way around cars. Thought this one would be my new auto shop. First experience was good wish I could of said the same this time sat 4 days there with a no start situation said it was a timing chain the next day no estimate. total of 5 days without my car. Towed it from there to somewhere else it was the fuel pump not the timing chain.

I went to Budget muffler when my brakes failed. The mechanics there were very knowledgeable and worked with me as far as payment. They went above and beyond when I had a problem a week later. I will continue to take my car to Budget muffler. I feel they are fair.

Torched my power steering line while fixing muffler, fixed it with a botched patch job - without telling me, had to pay my trusted auto repair guys at Red Beards to fix it properly. Shame.

I have been using Budget Muffler for a couple years now. They have done minor exhaust work, replaced rear wheel bearings, replaced and flushed a brake reservoir, and replaced cv joints. I wont go anywhere else! A hard to find honest mechanics that get it done right with prices that usually beats competitors.

Stopped in for a rattle/scraping noise and they checked it out right away. Easy fix and no charge! Blessing to get back on the road to finish our trip.

DONT GO HERE unless u want to deal with liars thieves and con artists. They DONT do the work they say they did, They reuse old parts and tell you its all the NEW dealer items THEY told u to buy and bring in. They must have a side business selling all the dealer parts you bring them cuz they sure dont use em! They lie to your face and within days the budget job they did for you will need redone by a REPUTABLE shop. I gave them 3 tries to fix their job that should have been done the first time ( a simple exhaust fix). I refuse to give them any of my business. Be smart and STEER CLEAR of this place.

I took them my car for a price. They put it on the lift and ordered the parts. They said $400 for a muffler and convertor and hanger. They charged $440 and were rude when I complained. Yes , they CAN charge 10 % more BUT they inspected it. AND I had to come back. The cheap hanger broke and fell off in a month. The weld on the pipe broke the next month and the muffler lasted 11 months.

Absolutely a horrible experience cant even drive down the road without dragging the muffler somewhere and ran the exhaust pipe under the drive axle and every time you go over railroad tracks or a medium sized bump the axle comes down and smacks the exhaust Rusty the owner absolutely refuses to do anything about it so I have to wind up taking him to court to sue him to get it fixed properly or get my money back
