I almost left because its pretty expensive (starting at $62), but there was nothing else in the area open and I had a coupon. The guys that did my oil change were very professional and courteous. Im amazed though that a business that has such a tacky logo can be so expensive. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Overall, I definitely recommend it because you dont even have to get out of your car and they are extremely nice to you. They also helped me figure out the part number for my cabin air filter that I couldnt afford to change so that I could pick one up later.

Bryan and Doug did an awesome job. I only went to get my oil changed but Bryan informed me about other services such as air filter and wind shield wiper changes that were available. I needed both of those things serviced as well so Im very happy he offered to change those things at a fair price. Overall they checked 15 different things on my car and Bryan was nice to explain anything I had questions on. This was my first time here but they have my business from now on! Thank you!!

It is super refreshing to find professional, well-kept, amazing customer service at an oil change place.So many times, youll end up going to just your normal garage That tries to upsell you on everything imaginable. They will tell you there is everything wrong with your car, and they will charge you way more for an oil change than is necessary.Not this place. Take five has been the best oil change experience I think Ive ever had in my life. They were professional, they were enjoyable to talk to, very personable, and they even give you a free bottle of water while you sit in your car.For as long as I live here, I will never not go to take five for an oil change.I went there today, not knowing what to expect. Every other time Ive had to get an oil change, I usually have to call a week in advance or at the very least several days in advance, and speak to someone who doesnt seem interested.Today, however, I was able to drive right up get my oil changed in albeit in longer than 10 minutes, but That was my fault, because I was enjoying talking to them so much.The two gentlemen who helped me, Tyler and Brian, were very enjoyable to work with.10 out of 10. 5 out of 5. Five stars. And two thumbs way way up.

Logan and his team were friendly and professional. They asked for my permission before doing anything. They explained what they found and gave me choices. They did not EVER try to upsell me. They told me most of my fluids were good and did not lie to me to charge me more. Logan offered to check my Check Engine light with a courtesy diagnostic. He told me if ANY of my fluids got low in the next three months, they would top them off for free at any time. THIS is where you go for routine maintenance for your car. Logan and crew ARE THE BEST. Logan and crew sent me on my way with a friendly windshield cleaning. 10 STARS.

My mother 82 years old came in to get her oil changed. She was about to have an “accident” and ran in the bathroom as the individual there said we don’t allow people to use the restroom.As an elder and great great grandmother there comes a time where we can no longer hold our bowels. The worker stood by the bathroom door as my mom finished and then had an attitude stating “We will not service your car!”How does a chain across the country allow their employees treat our veterans and elders be treated without humanity and respect.

I have been getting my oil changes at this location for a year. The staff is professional, courteous, and helpful. Im a young woman and I feel comfortable and respected when I come here, which is one the biggest factors for me in choosing where to take my vehicle.

Very professional crew. Got us right in and changed our oil. Very nice gesture of being offered a bottle of water on arrival. Checked everything out & topped of all fluids. Sure glad they checked the air filter & replaced it.

It was a very pleasant experience. I was met with an ice cold bottle of water and a flurry of service attendants. They guided me in over the bay and each one had a focus area; intake of information from my vehicle, air pressure, draining of old oil and changing oil filter, checking air filter and fluid levels (engine compartment), to washing my window before I left. All of which took about 10-15. I tend to chat and that may of slowed them down a bit. Great bunch of guys! Id highly reccommend them and already have. 😊

Everytime I go the guys are super friendly & helpful. They provide snacks and juice for my kiddos and a water for me. Plus I don’t have to even get out of my car. I barely have time to to shower let alone get my oil changed so this a lifesaver

Fantastic service. Any car maintenance place can be anxiety inducing, but the guy in charge was informative about everything, explaining why they were doing certain things and how it would improve my vehicle lifespan and quality.Asked me every time before they actually made a change of filters, and showed me the difference as they pulled them out. He offered add on services but was never pushy or threatening about it. (As in, no well if you dont do it now your car could blow up kinda doom-saying to get a sale.)Unless Im away from home, I will always go here as long as they keep their staff this high quality.My first visit was during COVID-19, they followed distancing, mask wearing, and cleanliness to the letter. Very impressed.

Best oil change experience I have ever had. The guys were respectful, professional, kind and fast. I felt like I was a regular. When my oil light came on at Devils Lake I freaked out thinking I wasnt going to find a place to get my oil changed on a Sunday (I am not from Baraboo but visit the lake often). Take 5 was open and the experience was excellent. I was serious when I told them I will just get all my oil changes in Baraboo from now on.

Tyler and others did a fast and thorough Oil change on my car. Offered other services but no pressure. The bottled water was most appreciated on the hot day!

Kudos for the relatively contactless service. The oil change was fast and the people were courteous. The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is that none of them were wearing masks.

Their website says theyre open at 7am to 7pm on Mondays but I went there at 9am and they were closed (8/3/2020 Baraboo location). Went in at 10am and they got me in right away. Very nice.

Fast service, friendly staff. However, I got a full synthetic oil change and the sticker they put in my window to tell me when to get the next oil change reflected 3000 miles from where my odometer read at time of change. 3000 miles is on the low end for regular oil and way under the 7000 to 10,000 recommended for synthetic. Even the lowest recommendations are 5000 to 7500 for synthetic oil. So in my mind setting the next oil change for 3000 miles is very dishonest.

They trying to sell you everything. Probably its better than offering nothing, but the worst thing to me is Re-refined oil. They use old oil, for the price of regular. It is strange. 2 stars only for the time, they do it quick.

Rude. I went there thinking it was still a Super Lube. Asked about a transmission flush, no one actually told me that they didnt do those, I just heard one employee tell another that they dont. They tried to sell me an $80 oil change. Manager tried to lecture me about it when I said I just wanted the basic. They were fast but very poor customer service.

I was in the area and have never been to this location before. As I pulled up, the manager came and greeted me. He let me know that it would be a 30 minute wait, but didnt want to deter me from staying. I chose to stay and I am glad I did. Service was quick, personable, and friendly. Derek even educated me on my vehicles unique GDI engine and some services that are recommended. He was not pushy whatsoever in trying to get me to purchase these. Rather, admitted that it wasnt necessary on this visit and educated me on when they should be done. I wish this was located near me becauseI would give them my business every time. One of the best experiences Ive had while having my car worked on. Thank you!

Very quick...a little pricey but only cause of its very convenient services. Uses recycled oil.

Stopped in to get my oil changed on my Subaru Forester. I was able to pull right in and they did the oil change. Did not even have to get out the car. They do try to upsell on a lot of things, and their prices are a little steep, so check online or in the Bucky Book for a coupon.

First off a basic oil change is $34.95. High Mileage was an extra $18.95, which I usually do, but at Walmart and it is included in a lower price. I stopped here because there wasnt any waiting & I figured it would be quick and easy. ..Two guys one does the actual change the other is basically a sales guy. I was brought a wet air filter I am honestly guessing one of them sprayed it to make it wet..If it was even mine since the sample one was perfectly square...mine is slightly elongated...I asked how much and was told $16.95, I thought ok I am paying extra because it is convenient. (Walmart sells mine for $8.94) and I can change it... My total bill for a simple oil change was slightly over $60. My convenient air filter was $21.99 which I noticed after I paid the bill...I called right away and was told the quoted price was not honored because he thought it would be $16.95 like most other ones? He stated mine was $21.99..I should have taken the first hint when my youngest daughter took her car in for a simple oil change & they talked her into many other things making her oil change over $100!! Dishonest. Stay away from here...
