First Id like to say the staff was really welcoming and they did an amazing job! I had my first massage ever three weeks ago with Christina. I originally went because I was having back spasms. It was like magic after one session with her they were gone. I couldnt believe she was able to fix what a prescription from a Dr. couldnt do. With that being said I immediately booked another appointment.I am now going back in for my third session in a few weeks to keep a maintenance schedule. I really can’t say enough good things about Christina. She is very caring and knowledgeable and Im convinced she truly can work miracles. I have now recommended her to a few friends. Never in my life could I have known how much a massage could help a person. I wish I would have done this years ago it would have saved me years of pain.Thank you so much Christina and Spa Serenity you are a blessing to this community.

Beautiful atmosphere, friendly nail techs and other staff members, and a wide range of services offered. I got this manicure Thursday and love this color combo. Periwinkle is my new favorite color! ☺️✨Update: its Monday (got my nails done Thursday night) and there is some chipping, but only on the tips of my nails. Seems pretty typical for a manicure, but youd think Shellac would last longer :/

I went to Spa Serenity with a group of five for a bachelorette party/spa day, and it went swimmingly. The staff was courteous, kind, and did a phenomenal job working with the group. They were diligent in communicating pricing and appointment times, and sent reminder emails ahead of time to confirm. The space was clean and comfortable.I would recommend this facility.

Staff were really welcoming and they did an amazing job! We completed the luxurious afternoon package with facial, message and finished with a mani & pedi. Staff were very polite and amazing, shout out to Renae for the excellent message! The atmosphere was also relaxing and the building was a quaint and unexpected. I would highly recommend this place for spa services.*They do not do Gel nail polish and they can try to take off the gel, but don’t have all the stuff to do so. So if you already have gel on try getting it off before going.

I had Katie do my facial and she did an outstanding job! She has the hands of an angel! My face felt divine afterwards! The spa is clean and beautiful! Highly recommend!

Quite honestly my favorite place in the world. Nothing makes you feel better than a massage from here or a fresh new haircut. The shellac mani/pedis last a long time, but hands down the treatment Im obsessed with is the new lash tint and left. I have never felt more beautiful in my life. Im catching myself looking at my lashes in the mirror all the time. I love it and I love Spa Serenity. Cant say enough good about this place!

This place is nothing but amazing all around! Ashley’s coloring skills are perfection, and is amazing at what she does. Hannah is my all time favorite for pedicures and anything facial. All of the staff are always so kind and welcoming. I recently surprised my Husband with a massage and he said it was the best massage he has ever received. Spa Serenity is the best and is my all time favorite!

I just had my first visit and Ill for sure be back! As soon as I walked in to the spa I felt welcomed and relaxed.

Nice ambiance although I was surprised that a good portion of their merchandise must be to appeal to bridal parties in a rather crude manner...that was a bit disappointing or just unnecessary -my opinion. I had a 60 minute massage which was really more like 45 minutes...the service was good, but a bit pricey($80) for time actually receiving service. They utilize lots of warm towels and that was very nice.

I called to schedule a keratin treatment for my hair. During my appointment the product was applied to my hair and I was left in a very cold Room. It is my understanding that the keratin needs to be heated to effectively attach to your hair. Needless to say the next day it was not even evident that I spent a $150 on my hair treatment. When I called to report that I did not get the desired results they told me to come back in 6 months… are you kidding me!?

I got a massage and eyebrow wax. Everyone was so wonderful. Thank you for helping me melt my stress away.

I love Spa Serenity! My girl friends from college and I meet up here once a year. Theyre great at booking us as a group, they have small lounges that, while we cant technically reserve, weve been able to take over and have our own semi-private space. I love how flexible they are and their services are great.

For the celebration of our anniversary, my husband and I booked a 90 minute couples massage. I am just beginning my third trimester of pregnancy. So I was looking forward to a nice relaxing massage for muscle tension relief. My husband wanted a nice relaxing massage as well. Mine was very light pressure, comparable to lightly applying lotion to skin. Minimal time spent on massaging back. Very minimal time spent on hands. No touch to the feet other than one quick swipe with oil. I am on my feet all day and I even mentioned before beginning that I would like my feet and hands massaged. Scalp and shoulder massage was nice. My husband’s massage was enjoyable for the most part, but on many occasions was very hard pressure on pressure points— causing pain. His massage therapist was coughing throughout and he could feel her breathing in his face while massaging. She even left the room for a short amount of time due to an “allergy attack”. It was still a nice relaxing time away and to have the opportunity to be together. Nice decor and ambiance. We would be happy to try again, but would be disappointed if the experience is similar.

I received a manicure and pedicure and 3 hours after I left my manicure was chipping off. Then a week later Im at the doctor because they clipped my toe nail wrong and I have an ingrown toenail that has to be removed by a doctor! It was nice when I was there but now Im very mad and Im paying even more to help my toe feel better! All because I wanted to relax and have nice looking nails and know they wont look nice for my vacation coming up. This just really sucks!

Adorable place. Great service. Great prices. My only gripe is this time the practitioners when in between clients clunk very loudly down the hallway past the service rooms. At least twice during my wonderful massage I thought that a heard of elephants was stampeding down the hall.

Not having a massage in a few years, I was excited to receive a couples massage for my birthday! We were scheduled for an hour long session and arrived early. The staff were all very kind and accomadating. We were brought into a massage room where they explained everything professionally and I was excited to finally be getting some muscle relief in my back and feet. Within only 15 minutes I was in pain, my whole body was extremely tense throughout the entirety of the massage, she (my massage therapist) didnt lighten up once. She proceeded to push harder and harder on my pressure points until I was near tears. Finally the massage was over, and as soon as the door closed behind her I burst out in tears, disappointed. My partner on the other hand enjoyed the massage. So i guess i just got a bad massage therapist? This was not a good birthday treat at all for the cost.... probably will not return again.

My husband has scoliosis and typically has poor experiences with massages; however, today he was beyond amazed with the service he received! We wish we lived closer so we could come regularly! Also, I absolutely LOVED my experience as well! Amazing staff, atmosphere, and care!

My favorite day spa in the Baraboo/Wisconsin Dells area. Atmosphere is friendly and laid back, yet professional and relaxing.

I just received my first service from Spa Serenity (sexy hands service). The receptionists were awesome, very friendly and helpful. The entire building is beautiful (the business has just renovated and its absolutely gorgeous). My nail technician was quite young and appeared disinterested. She attempted a few times to keep conversation going but I could tell it wasnt something she was totally into. Coming from a customer service background myself, I expect to get a girlfriend experience at salons/spas because it makes the experience even more enjoyable and I look forward to my next service for both the service and the chat session. Its my time to pamper myself and enjoy the company of whomever is giving me the service and it just didnt feel right. The service itself was pretty good, my hands felt a little dry when I left but my polish looks great as well as my nails. I noticed the barbicide that holds the instruments was pretty cloudy and needed changing otherwise everything was very clean and neat. I would come back and try another service, maybe a pedicure or massage instead of a manicure.

This was a fabulous massage. Anita was sweet and welcoming and had amazing hands! My back feels fantastic. Thank you!

If I cold rate this more than 5 stars I would! This place is such an adorable and comforting atmosphere. Pam gave me a 30 minute massage. she made sure to use the time wisely by focusing on my sore areas. Ive had knots in my shoulder for years and have never had anyone work them out well as she did. The staff was very friendly and I would highly recommend to anyone. I wanted to buy everything in the gift shop!

Serenity spa is a super cute space with lots of amenities like hot tea, free WiFi, and comfortable lounging area. I had an amazing massage with michelle who used the perfect amount of pressure and lulled me into a relaxed state. I also had a facial with Brooke which was incredibly refreshing and calming. I’ve had a few massages and this was by far one of the best I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend serenity spa to anyone who is looking for a relaxing environment with great amenities and professional staff!!

I get headaches quite often and quite severe. The chiropractor has been trying for 2 years to conquer without success. Trying massage therapy was my next option. I have since quit the chiropractor for now and come to see Beth and Michele once a month for deep tissue massages. They were tough to handle for the first 3-4 visits, but now not painful and I can enjoy them. BEST PART. . . I have not had a headache in 3 months!!!Now I can tell when i need to get back in there as my shoulders tighten up. When I notice a slight headache possibly beginning, I can call and they will get me in for a 30 min, neck & shoulders massage! Great Service!

I went to spa serenity for several waxing treatments, lips, eyebrows, arm pits, full leg and a Brazilian. The shop had a very great atmosphere. The ladies were really sweet and nice. The lady that did the waxing was very professional and nice. However after returning home i went to look at the waxing areas and huge parts of my Brazilian was still there. I was very irritated. The following day I called up the spa and talked to the front desk. They assured me that Coustmer service is their main priority and they would have their director/ supervisor call me by the end of the day or the latest by Monday. Well Monday came and went. And figured they had gotten busy and forgot to call so after a week of not receiveing a return call I called to cancel my next appointment that I had booked. While talking on the phone to the receptionist she asked why I was canceling and I simply replied that I wasn’t satisfied with my last waxing and I felt if Coustmer service wasn’t their priority I needed to take my business somewhere else. She was like okay fine and canceled and that was the end of that. For me working in Coustmer service my entire life i would find it simple to pick up a phone to call and spend 10 minutes with someone who spent close to 200 dollars in waxing services who would have been a repeat Coustmer and easy profit for life. Before this time I was thinking of becoming a vip with them but I would not now knowing how little they actually care about the end result. I don’t enjoy writing negative reviews but this by far has been one of my worst experiences at a spa.Update: Did receive call from spa after this post returned the call and owner was not available 30 minutes after she had called me the receptionist said she would call her cell and let her know I called this was 2 days ago and still haven’t received a call back.
